Sandra Ashlakoff Posted September 29, 2004 Share Posted September 29, 2004 My name is Sandra Ashlakoff and I teach English at Urangan SHS in Hervey Bay Q. For the past 9 months I have been working at the Learning Development Centre as Acting Literacy Coordinator. The LDC is located at Sandy Strait SS but will be closing at the end of this year. The main focus for the LDC is to implement the EQs Literate Futures initiative and introduce a balance reading program to our District to improve literacy standards.
