This is a good example of the type of oversight hearings that are necessary to enforce the JFK Act to ensure that all of the records are released, possibly accelerate the release of the records from 2017 to 2013 and determine why so many records were destroyed and who destroyed them.

There aren't many things ordinary people can do to affect the legal case but this is one - as convincing Congress to do its job is one goal that can be accomplished.

And please note that even those Warren Commission supporters - Harold Willins and Church Com Counsel James Johnston, as well as all others who support the WC findings who testified before this hearing, all supported the JFK Act and the release of the records.

Now is the time to oversee the JFK Act, release the remaining records and determine what became of those that are missing and were destroyed.
