This was just the beginning of the plot to assassinate Papa Doc.

If anyone can save this document and maybe re-size it and re-post it to where it is readable that would be great, I'm not sure how to do it as I'm having trouble with my computer, all I know how to do is turn it on and off, thanks.

In the many other documents I have related to this matter suggests that my father is the one who assassinated Papa Doc, although, the FBI and the CIA do not directly implement him of doing so, there is amble evidence that my father visited the Island of Haiti on September 10, 1970. At this time, he was apprehended by Haitian government officials who questioned him as to his intentions while on the Island.

The next time my father would visit the island would be on On April 21, 1971. My father went back to Haiti, where according to Gerry Hemming, he visited Mike McLaney. Hemming said, "Kaiser was delivering an ultimatum to McLaney. A hit was going to go down. And out of professional courtesy, Kaiser asked him to take sides."

My instincts tell me that because my father was talking to Mike McLaney in Haiti, that the “hit” to which he was referring, was regarding “Papa Doc” Duvalier. Now whether Papa Doc Duvalier was actually assassinated remains to be told, Duvalier suffered a massive heart attack due to a possible insulin overdose but later recovered. Duvalier finally expired on April 21, 1971.

April 21, 1971 was the day my father last visited the island. Upon returning home, he said to my mother, I now have blood on my hands, but did not elaborate. The CIA I'm sure knew what happen, but somehow withheld they're information from the FBI.

The way to finding things out, is by asking questions, I had no idea my mother knew that my father went to Haiti on April 21, 1971. The day Papa Doc died. I also didn't know that my father told my mother "I now have blood on my hands" until my mother recently told me what happen. These are questions I recently asked my mother.

I hate the fact that my mother has kept secrets from me, so now I ask questions about my father.

The problem with the Haitian exile community was they were afraid of an uprising with 15,000 Haitians that were in Cuba or a mass genocide in Cuba if an uprising took place and Castro killing them all, so apparently Papa Doc who was targeted for extermination needed to make it look like a natural cause of death but wasn't noted as such.

My father found a way to get the Haitian government to apprehend him, I'm sure all he needed to do was to get close to Papa Doc. To finish the job, and that he did. He (my father) wasn't there (in Haiti) for a vacation trip, that's for sure.

FYI: Mike McLaney was an American gambler, golfer and gangster, pals with Meyer Lansky, played golf with JFK, and with Carroll Rosenbloom, purchased the Hotel Nacional casino from Lansky a few months before Castro came to power. I think Lansky knew what was going to happen and cashed in his chips. When LBJ was in Atlantic City for the Democratic National Convention he stayed at Rosenbloom's beach house. Oh, yea, McLaney's brother Bill owned the fake training camp on Lake Pontchartrain that Oswald and the FBI both visited, and Bill McLaney's wife may have owned the apartment on Magazine St. in New Orleans where Oswald lived.

This is all very good information, I had no idea that it was Rosenbloom that moved the Clots in the dead of night, now I do. I think if the colts had to be moved not due to financial restraints, but because of making more money, I'd move them in the dead of night too.

I like the part that said the Haitian exile in NYC "did not seem to be impressed with it [your father's plan] and no further action was taken..." that really proves he was in thick with them!
