Frames 151, 152 and 153 sequence.

It looks like some idiot, while digitally cleaning up the images, erased part of the woman's jacket, and then replaced it with the tones of the street, rather than the jacket.

This, of course, draws the problem with digital images back into the light. We just can't be sure what we're seeing matches the original image.
