Stephen Courts Posted January 31, 2012 Share Posted January 31, 2012 My linkI recently was pleased to become a member of this wonderful forum. I apologize if what I am going to post is redundant. I searched multiple times to see if an existing discussion was ongoing without any success. So, again, please excuse me if I am violating any protocol. I recently read Former Secret Service Agent under JFK, Abraham Bolden, autobiography, Echo from Dealy Plaza. Abe was selected by JFK to become the first African-American Secret Service Agent. Abe left his home in Chicago and his job with the Treasury Department, where he was a decorated agent busting counterfeiting rings, to go to the White House. He served for about three months before resigning and returning to his Treasury position in Chicago. He was then sent later to Washington D.C. for a seminar and before leaving D.C. he attempted to contact the "Johnson Commission". Abe had resigned due to the racism and unprofessional behavior of agents who were assigned to protect JFK. He was detained after the call to the commission (he never got through), taken back to Chicago and was framed by the pusillanimous agents in Chicago for "counterfeiting". After two trials he was found guilty by a racist pig of a judge and United States Attorneys and served six years of hell in various Federal prisons during the prime of his life. The case was bogus and I have cut and pasted an exchange I had with Abe below. There is much much more on Abe's site, but I want to encourage as many people as possible to sign the petition at the bottom of the email asking Attorney General Holder and President Obama to issue a pardon. The disgraceful and egregious misconduct is easy to read in Abe's reply to me. Thank you for taking the time to read this and if you are kind enough to join me, that is even better. I tried to cut and paste the link on Abe's face book page where you can sign the petition but it did not go through. You can simply cut and paste the link at the bottom of Abe's reply to sign the petition. For a more substantive individual effort on my behalf, I advise you of additional courses that have a much greater influence upon clearing up the matter of my illegal conviction. The government, by not refuting any of the allegations about misconduct that occurred during my trials and subsequent imprisonment has already acknowledged the truth of what is documented in my book. The lack of denial is known in law as a Tacit Admission. The government's stand seems to be that regardless of the evidence, they are not going to give me any relief through the court system. The courts have consistently failed to address the constitutional issues raised in previous court filings. That failure was not by accident. Expunging or vacation of the conviction are means by which this travesty of justice might be brought to a conclusion. Expunging of the record or other relief by the government can be obtained if the Attorney General, Eric Holder, in consultation with the President, on his own volition reopened the case on motion of the government and requested a vacation of the conviction for lack of constitutional integrity. That is the only way that this conviction can be expunged. President Obama has the authority to prod the U.S. Attorney to recall the case in court and then further action could be taken. Patrick Block Posted February 1, 2012 Share Posted February 1, 2012 Mark Lane has stated in print that of all the persons he has ever spent time with and interviewed, Abraham Bolden has perhaps the greatest integrity. I made it a point to buy his book in paperback form, and after reading it, searched out a hardback and got Mr. Bolden to sign it for me. He an I are friends on Facebook, and I make it a point to see what he is up to from time to time. He is always cordial and goes out of his way to respond in detail to any questions I have. The book offers a unique perspective into that time you can find nowhere else. I am happy to join the group signing the petition to help clear this patriot's good name. Mr. Bolden is another of the many casualties caught up in the treasonous events that unfolded. He deserves to be remembered as someone who saw wrongs done, and did his very best to right them, at great cost to himself. You can bet that if this alert and brave young agent had had a place on that followup car, JFK's odds of surviving would have greatly increased. Folks, the best thing you can do is 1) PHONE CALLS, followed up with emails and actual letters. You should call your senators and congressman. As well as Attorney General Holder as well as 1) call and 2) email President Obama at the White House. I think this can be done! I did do some checking and while there were some related threads (and detailed ones), none were specific enough to achieve what I think should be done as easily as my title to the thread. There are literally tens of thousands, if not millions of JFK students and researchers. I am going to Tree Frog to try and get more exposure. If enough of us contact President Obama and Attorney General Holder, we can perhaps gather enough momentum to get results. It is easy to reach the White House. The web site is: www.whitehouse.gov. It has the mailing address, telephone number and email form. I just want Abe to get a pardon. Whatever it takes, letters, phone calls, emails, and the petition. Let us keep the pressure on the White House and the Attorney General. Robert Morrow's exchange below is an excellent idea. Congressmen and women as well as your Senators can be of help. Thanks also for the heads up on the "protocol" of signing my name. As I said earlier, I am new to the forum, but not to the conspiracy that resulted in the Coup D'Etat on November 22, 1963. I have almost 18 years of effort into this study, reading 60 plus books, owning most of the DVDs (Including Jim Fetzer course) and many many hours on the internet. I will try hard to follow the proper protocols as I learn them. In the mean while, let's give this thread some time to see if it attracks a following. If only the students and researchers of the treachery in Dallas signed the petition, we could easily get the 1 million signatures that Abe would like.
