When I first heard of the Duchess of Cambridge photographs I thought it was a matter of vanity. After all, why would she go topless in a place which could be captured by a long-range camera? She must be proud of her breasts and wanted her adoring public to see them. However, it is the photograph that has not been mentioned in the press that convinced me that it was a cock-up and not a conspiracy.
