Posthumous assassination of JFK

Recommended Posts

The posthumous assassination of JFK in the run up to the 50th are out there now. The idea is to make his death less important, and cause people to not care about how he really died , or more to the point, make people believe he even deserved to die.

This is shameful and should give an idea about the forces that removed him.

Sounds like the modus operandi of a certain "LBJ-did-it" guy...whose main story is that while LBJ was a stone-cold killer, JFK was a drug addled pervert...implying that the nation is better off that the assassination occurred. And then for good measure, this guy makes sure to throw in references as to how much of a pervert RFK was, too...as if that makes it all OK.

J. William Fulbright ( 1966 ) called "the arrogance of power" - the American mood " that ultimately led to war and tragedy in the jungles of Vietnam." ( 2007 Rosati and Scott )

According to Jerel A Rosati and James Scott; such a mood of American confidence and mission was best symbolized by President Kennedy's inaugural address on January 20, 1961 , when he declared:

Let the word go forth.......

So according to Fulbright; the assassinated President Kennedy caused the Vietnam War!

Rosati and Scott go on to say " Clearly, Vietnam made clear that Americans were not willing to "pay any price" and "bear any burden."
