Douglas Caddy Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 Judyth Vary Baker on coastocoastam tomorrow night http://www.coasttocoastam.com/show/2014/11/29
Stephen Roy Posted November 28, 2014 Posted November 28, 2014 Oh, goody. The real truth about everything. Just ask her manager.
Douglas Caddy Posted November 30, 2014 Author Posted November 30, 2014 Summary of the show: http://www.coasttocoastam.com/show/2014/11/29
Stephen Roy Posted November 30, 2014 Posted November 30, 2014 Wow! The summary is just as much baloney as the book! She's consistently wrong about everything.
Stephen Roy Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 Just for the record: The whole story is untrue. I've seen people speculate that maybe it's only partly true, but they're wrong too. She was a good science student, and she worked at Reilly Coffee in the summer of 1963, but she did not have a relationship - ANY relationship, ever - with Oswald, Ferrie, Sherman, Shaw, Ruby, etc. The whole story is untrue. The same goes for the story she based it on, Haslam's Dr. Mary's Monkey, which is also untrue. He never even comes close to providing evidence for his speculations, not least whether Ferrie and Sherman were even acquainted. There are important things to consider in the JFK assassination. These claims are not among them.
Pat Speer Posted December 3, 2014 Posted December 3, 2014 Do we know, by the way, how many employees there were at Reilly Coffee Company in the summer of 1963? I say this not because I believe Judyth's story, but because, assuming there were less than a hundred employees at Reilly Coffee Company that summer, it seems probable that she at least KNEW Oswald, if only a little, enough to say, "Hey you!"
Paul Brancato Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 I was really pissed off today. KPFA, the local Pacifica listener sponsored radio affiliate, broadcast a long interview with JVB and plugged her books, blogs, website, whatever. If KPFA ever spent any time on the JFK thing or had ever interviewed authors like Bill Simpich, John Newman, David Talbot, etc etc - even Peter Dale Scott, who lives and works nearby, I would accept it. But they haven't and don't. I will call the station and as a supporter for years try to figure out how that decision was made.

(GAAL) The most fascinating part of this document is that one of the causes of death was "Extensive burns of the right side of body with complete destruction of right upper extremity and right side of thorax and abdomen." ( p. 354, italics added) Haslam takes these bizarre circumstances, especially the extreme temperatures needed to eliminate a large part of her right side and thus lays the ground work for what he sees as the real way she died. == Review: Dr. Mary's Monkey By James DiEugenio Edited December 4, 2014 by Steven Gaal
Stephen Roy Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 I find it alarming that she's not only been able to push this story, writing multiple books and huckstering for money, but she's now trying to insert herself into the legitimate research community by holding conferences and co-opting a few well-known names. She has every right to research and fight for the things she believes, but not at the expense of polluting the evidence stream with notional stories.

Her injuries were consistent with the crime scene, and there was no "linear particle accelerator" in New Orleans at the time. Edited December 4, 2014 by Stephen Roy
Paul Brancato Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 Is Steve Tyler's work on the Sherman case available yet?
Stephen Roy Posted December 4, 2014 Posted December 4, 2014 It's a work in progress right now. http://postdiluvianpictures.com/Site%207/Works-in-Progress.html
Pamela Brown Posted December 5, 2014 Posted December 5, 2014 Wow! The summary is just as much baloney as the book! She's consistently wrong about everything. Not just 'wrong', deliberately deceptive with ill intent; namely, to bully those who have actual evidence, such as Marina Oswald and, yes, you, Stephen, into submission so that her revisionist Judyth-centered version of events can float forth and find new 'believers'...hopefully, at least some of those tuning in will see through her strategy....

At least we can boycott anyone who is pushing Judyth's revisionist version of events and let them know why...that' what I did when Judyth came to the Twin Cities...
