Col from a January 1960 FBI memo that is talking about who could run a coup in Cuba and replace Castro Gen Pedraza has none of the confidences needed and they are hearing about MASFERRER, MIRANDA, and/or NORMAN ROTHMAN and associates "ACSI - Lt.
