Interesting discussion with David Giglio.  First, Dan tells about his intro to the committee, then goes into him, Eddie and Mexico City.

What I think Dan is saying is that 1.) he thinks that Phillips was running things on the ground in MC from Langley.  2.) He also thinks that the cover up Phillips ran around MC must have been planned in advance.  And 3.) Anne Goodpasture, a very slick operator, was  either part of it or had guilty knowledge and lied about it.

Its  the  DRE press bulletin that was made out he day of the assassination about Oswald.  Bringuier's radio debate where he was aided by Ed Butler.

And this got into the major media at the next day.

On that day, Butler was in Washington DC talking to Thomas Dodd's senate version of the HUAC, namely the SISS.

From that headline on the press release, its obvious they were trying to pin Oswald as s commie, even though they both had to know Oswald was really not.
