Unfortunately she changed her mind about this and died in an accident in 1965. Her roommate also died in another accident as well. Tim Gratz said: "I believe her name was Carol Tyler and she died in a plance crash in 1965. Her rrommate's name was Mary Jo Kopechne. Kopechne died in a car accident in July of 1969. Michael Clark Posted August 27, 2017 Author Share Posted August 27, 2017 Nancy Carole Tyler died in a small-plane crash in Maryland, off shore of a Bobby Baker establishment named "The Carousel".
