I think this whole plot boils down to one thing - kill Kennedy, blame it on the Communists and invade Cuba for revenge. We mustn't forget what happened several years before when American interests down there were lost when Castro took over. And the BOP caper was already on the drawing board before JFK was elected. And FWIW - I don't think Morales would have ever been taken the risk of using his own voice during the calls. And why is it that to this day - at one of the most guarded and photographed facilities in the world - NO photos of Oswald were ever taken? This is why, too, Paul Trejo, that I really don't think your RIGHT WINGERS DID IT theory holds much water. There is simply no way that a bunch of Birchers and right wingers could have been able to pull off something this deep and off the books. *** - this is also why I think the BYP of Oswald holding the guns, the Marxist newspaper are highly dubious. It's almost as if the planners went overboard in their planning. They probably wanted that slam dunk to prove he was the assassin. Oswald admitted it himself that he knew how these photos were faked because he said he knew how photography worked. But he was not stupid - would the planners really have gone that far and asked him "Oh, Lee, by the way, we need your wife to take a few photos of you holding a rifle up [one that he never owned], a pistol and a Marxist paper." THAT would have set off alarm bells in his head. Michael, I've read David Josephs' MC theory years ago -- it hasn't changed since 2014. There are some parts of his theory that I agree with -- obviously -- since I believe that the Hoover/FBI theory of the MC bus ride is total baloney. I do agree that this Hoover/FBI smokescreen of 1964 continues to muddy the water to this very day. However -- I personally see good reasons for Lee Harvey Oswald to be in Mexico City during the final week of September, 1963. Guy Banister was the main plotter for putting Oswald in Mexico City during that week. I find these goals in the evidence presented by others -- so it isn't stuff I've made up. Let me recount some of these goals here: 1.0. To continue the sheep-dip of Lee Harvey Oswald coming to its end in New Orleans. 1.1. This is demonstrated by the Lopez Report (2003) which documents the Fake FPCC Resume that Oswald brought with him from New Orleans to MC. It's a direct, 1 for 1 connection. 2.0. To convince Lee Harvey Oswald to continue to play along for at least two more months. 2.1. This included Guy Banister's deceit of David Atlee Phillips, that the main purpose for the Fake FPCC in New Orleans was to sneak Oswald into Cuba, in order to meet and support another group inside Cuba to assassinate Fidel Castro. 2.2. This is demonstrated -- in my opinion -- by the novel manuscript, The AMLASH Legacy (1988) by David Atlee Phillips, in which he claims he was helping to groom Lee Harvey Oswald in a plot to assassinate Fidel Castro. I take this to be based in fact. 2.3. It is also demonstrated by Marina Oswald's repeated testimony that LHO wanted to go through Mexico City to Cuba, Cuba and only Cuba. Period. Never the USSR. 3.0. In my opinion, Michael, the Telephone Impersonation of Oswald in MC was not an original part of the plan. It was an afterthought. 3.1. In my reading of the Lopez Report, our Fake FPCC director, Lee Harvey Oswald, took his Fake FPCC Resume to MC because he thought the Mexican Consulate clerks were dumb enough to grant him a passport to Havana based on those "credentials" alone. When they refused, Oswald made things up as he went along. 3.2. Lee Harvey Oswald went to the Russian Embassy -- to put on a show for the Cuban Consulate. Oswald had no appointment there. 3.3. My evidence for this is the book, Passport to Assassination (1996) by former KGB officer, Oleg Nechiporenko. 3.4. According to Nechiporenko, there was no appointment with Oswald, who was unknown to them, and the meeting with Valery Kostikov was accidental. Oswald and appeared "psychotic" to them, wrote Nechiporenko. 3.5. Therefore, based on this, I surmise that the Telephone Impersonation of Lee Harvey Oswald on October 1, 1963, was a last-minute afterthought from somebody connected with Guy Banister. This person somehow learned what happened at the Soviet Embassy, called Guy Banister, and exclaimed, "Hold your horses! We have an important new development here!" 3.6. Bill Simpich's discovery (2014) of a top secret CIA Mole Hunt takes off exactly on this last-minute decision. 3.7. Another reason for supposing that the Telephone Impersonation of Oswald was impromptu was because it was a COLOSSAL FAILURE within only ONE HOUR. The CIA knew quickly that this wasn't Oswald. 3.8. To add something new to my CT -- Jason Ward has convinced me that Bill Simpich's guess that David Morales might have been the Impersonator is probably mistaken, because David Morales and his voice were too well known at the CIA office in MC, and he could not risk being recognized. 3.9. But the Telephone Impersonator was, in my opinion, somebody with two connections: (1) with Guy Banister; and (2) with the Mexican Government or CIA in MC. 4.0. In my CT, Lee Harvey Oswald did not guess for one second that he was set up at any time, until 24 hours before he was dead. 4.1. My evidence is Oswald's November letter to the Soviet Embassy in Washington DC which mentions the name "Kostin." Oswald had no recollection that the guy in MC was named "Kostikov" because he had no idea who Kostikov was, anyway. 4.2. In my theory, Guy Banister told Lee Harvey Oswald to write that letter. In the mind of Lee Harvey Oswald, his deal with Guy Banister and David Atlee Phillips was as strong as ever. Oswald totally expected to be given his life-long dream -- a full-time job in the CIA. 4.3. LHO expected this, because, if LHO had truly succeeded in assassinating Fidel Castro as he believed he was being groomed to do -- David Atlee Phillips certainly WOULD HAVE given LHO a full-time job in the CIA. 4.4. LHO expected this, too, because Guy Banister had been promising this to Oswald from the very start. 4.5. I believe that Oswald rushed to New Orleans in the last week of April, 1963, because Guy Banister, through David Ferrie, tempted Oswald with this promise of a job in the CIA if he played ball. 4.6. Little did Oswald know at the time -- that Guy Banister was a close companion of General Walker, seeking revenge for the April, 1963 shooting at Walker at his Dallas home. Walker learned that Oswald was one of two shooters the very next weekend (according to Dick Russell, TMWKTM, 1993). 4.7. For my evidence about the link between Banister and Walker, I reference the book, General Walker and the Murder of President Kennedy: the Extensive New Evidence of a Radical Right Conspiracy, by Jeff Caufield (2015). In May 1947, A.B.C. began publishing Counterattack in New York, a for-profit weekly "newsletter of facts to combat Communism." The collection is comprised of research files for individuals, organizations, events and activities which were considered to reflect communist influence, and contain clippings, ephemera, internal documents, correspondence, and investigative reports, some of which were of an undercover nature. The founders of Counterattack, included former FBI agent John G. Keenan, who became Counterattack's President. In 1950, Counterattack published a booklet entitled Red Channels, which listed possible "subversives" in the world of radio and television. Red Channels listed a series of names of persons in show business, and the number of times each person had been cited by the FBI or HUAC, without making any specific accusations against any given person. The potential of "guilt by association" involved in this technique resulted in a series of libel suits filed against Counterattack by various film and radio personalities. Although Counterattack defended itself against these libel suits, settling some out of court while winning others on appeal in 1956, the financial cost of litigation proved onerous. As a result, John Keenan in a 1963 memorandum affirmed a "hands-off policy" regarding Communism on the part of the publication. The organization officially disbanded in 1968. As a result he drew national media attention and the applause of ultra-conservatives. The Gossett Papers document well this opposition to what became the 1948 Displaced Persons Act, as well as the fight to introduce tougher qualifications for immigration which eventually led to passage of the Internal Security Act of 1950. In 1954 he published an article claiming to find socialist and "one-world" propaganda in the Girl Scout handbook. Later that year he moved to Colorado Springs and wrote for the Gazette telegraph, eventually becoming its editor. There he founded the Freedom School, which later moved to California and was renamed Rampart College. His political philosophy moved from more traditionally conservative to radical libertarian and beyond that to reject all political action and even the Libertarian Party itself. Private Papers, 1920-1966 Circuit Riders, Incorporated was a group which formed in Cincinnati, Ohio within the Methodist Church. As stated in the preface to an early pamphlet dated February 1952, the group's purpose was to spread the gospel of Christ. This mission included opposing all socialistic, communist, and "anti-American" teachings within the Methodist Church. A specific early goal was to remove the Methodist Federation for Social Action from the national church organization. During the late fifties and sixties, however, the focus of the Circuit Riders expanded to include the investigation of socialist-communist infiltration into all churches, government, education and the civil rights movement nationwide. Myers G. Lowman, as executive secretary of the Circuit Riders, distributed a newsletter to Circuit Rider members. On behalf of the Circuit Riders, Lowman organized the review of textbooks which were being used in some of the public schools in the 1950s. Although these reviews were not requested by educators or publishers, Lowman informed school boards of the consensus of the reviewer's opinions. Lowman and other Circuit Riders spoke extensively to clubs and organizations on the subject of communism, and collaborated with state and federal committees. The Circuit Riders presented a solid enough ideology for Lowman to be called as an expert witness before the executive committee of the Ohio Committee on Un-American Activities. Born in Minneapolis, Minnesota on August 2, 1894, he was educated at the Lane Technical School and at Loyola University in Chicago. He received an honorary LL.D. from Knox College in 1943. He was a correspondent on the European staff of United Press during World War I (1916-1918) and then served in the U.S. Navy (1918-1919); later he was sports editor of the United News, the Chicago Tribune, the New York World-Telegram, and the Chicago Daily News. In 1944 he moved his syndicated column to King Features Syndicate. His collected columns were published in several books: 'Taint Right (1936), Dissenting Opinions of Mister Westbrook Pegler (1938), and George Spelvin, American (1942). In his syndicated columns, Pegler criticized many American figures and institutions, including the Supreme Court, the tax system, labor unions, and every President from Herbert Hoover to John F. When his father died in 1912, he became president - a position he was to hold until 1947. The J. Howard Pew Papers are primarily concerned with Pew's political activities and philanthropy. Weyrich collection contains a wide variety of materials reflecting his work as a conservative lobbyist and advocate during the 1970s to the present. Many of these paper files were released to me during the 1980’s and 1990’s and often I was the first person to obtain them. In many cases, these files have now been destroyed by the FBI OR some have been transferred to NARA. Every few weeks for the next 4-6 months, I will receive additional scanned files which I will then upload onto my Internet Archive webpage. In recent months, there has been much discussion about the so-called “Alt-Right” or the resurgence of a “white nationalist movement”. Many Americans (especially younger souls) may not be aware that the themes which currently prevail within the Alt-Right/white nationalist movement are themes which have direct antecedents in previous decades – particularly during the 1940’s and 1950’s. Sometimes, the descriptive terms were different. For example, you will find “Christian nationalism” in some of the files I am uploading today. But you will discover the same villains identified (i.e. “the Establishment”) and the same hostile rhetoric is employed against immigrants, minorities, homosexuals, Jews, African-Americans, or other groups while simultaneously employing an “America First” argument. We take our cues from Dr. Jeff Caufield in his recent book, General Walker and the Murder of President Kennedy: the Extensive New Evidence of a Radical Right Conspiracy (2015, 900 pages). This isn't Probe Magazine. It's the cure for the Probe Magazine craze of the 1990's. Sadly, many Forum readers are still stuck in the 90's. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection Act of 1992 (JFK Act). Released documents are available for download. https://www.archives.gov/research/jfk/2017-release The versions released today were processed by agencies and, in accordance with the President’s guidance, are being posted expeditiously in order to make the documents available to the public, even before the 2018 deadline established by the President on October 26, 2017. This is the last release planned by the National Archives for this year. At this point, with the exception of 86 record identification numbers where additional research is required by the National Archives and the other agencies, all documents subject to section 5 of the JFK Act have been released either in full or in part. Any information subject to section 5 of the Act, which has been redacted from documents in any of the six public releases this year, remains subject to further review by the agencies and the National Archives, in accordance with the President’s direction. The National Archives will release additional documents in 2018 based on the outcome of the reviews conducted pursuant to the President’s direction. The National Archives previously released 10,744 documents on Nov. 17, 13,213 documents on Nov. 9, 676 documents on Nov. 3, 2,891 documents on Oct. 26, and 3,810 documents on July 24. The National Archives established the John F. Kennedy Assassination Records Collection in November 1992, and it consists of approximately five million pages. The vast majority of the collection has been publicly available without any restrictions since the late 1990s. I was referring to the idea that the Dallas Radical Right, e.g. H.L. Hunt through Walker planned, organized, directed or controlled, much less covered up the assassination. I personally think the "right wing" was behind the assassination but I don't mean the John Birch Society per se. Some speak of the east coast "liberal" establishment of the time. JMO Ron, Like perhaps most JFK CTers, you seem to confuse the JFK Coverup Team with the JFK Kill Team. In my CT (and in many Walker-did-it CTs) the JFK Cover-up Team was totally separate from the JFK Kill Team -- and was actually opposed to it. Further, I think your idea of Right-winger is far different from mine or Caufield's. For me, the Radical Right means somebody who would never have anything to do with the US Government -- who wants it overthrown -- utterly destroyed. That excludes everybody who works inside Washington DC, the Pentagon, the CIA, the FBI and all the rest of it. The only honest US General to join the Radical Right in 1961 was none other than US Army Major General Edwin Walker -- who resigned his post (which is not the same as retired, even though he had fulfilled 30 years service, including heroic service in WW2 and Korea). Walker resigned and so forfeited his US Army Pension, rather than work within the System. He first resigned in 1959, when he joined the John Birch Society. President Eisenhower tore up his resignation (so to speak) and sent Walker to Augsburg, Germany. When Walker resigned again in 1961, JFK finally accepted his resignation. The Radical Right killed JFK, according to Caufield and my opinion. The Radical Right utterly detests the US Government so much that they would never work for the US Government. The JFK Kill Team was entirely composed of CIVILIANS (and a few local officials in Dallas). If you have PROOF that I'm mistaken in my CT, please post that here. I'd love to see it. Otherwise, a half-century of CIA-did-it CT's have finally become old and tired. The key to understanding the JFK Assassination and Cover-up is that the JFK Kill Team was separate from the JFK Cover-up Team. 2. And not only separate -- these two Teams were hotly opposed to each other. 3. The JFK Kill Team, the Dallas Radical Right, wanted to blame the Communists for the JFK Assassination. That is why they framed Oswald for six months in New Orleans. 4. The JFK Cover-up Team wanted to blame Oswald ALONE for the JFK Assassination. J. Edgar Hoover used the FBI to push very hard for a Lone Shooter scenario. 5. The Radical Right -- especially General Walker, James Hosty, Robert Alan Surrey and Revilo P. Oliver -- insisted to the Warren Commission that Oswald was part of a Communist Conspiracy centered in the FPCC. 6. My proof comes from Warren Commission testimony, interpreted in a fashion vastly different than the CIA-did-it CTers in the past fifty years.
