It's interesting that one of the names on this list, "James M Souter, Lieutenant, PD" is similar in name to Jean Soutre. I wonder if any connection there exists.... Ron Bulman Posted November 9, 2019 Share Posted November 9, 2019 (edited) This particular video from this thread is fascinating in that the assassination of the President was monitored from here by the DPD, and in turn maybe the Military (?). Possibly coordinated from there some seem to think. Maybe my fascination is related to having been to the Texas State Fair more than once, passing by the Science Building, and never having any idea it was there.
