Roselli did operate within Trafficante's Miami orbit, but at least according to a 2010 Hillel Levin article in PLAYBOY,* Giancana was beholden to Chicago-based kingpin Tony Accardo.  Would Trafficante have ordered Rosselli's elimination without due consultation with the Mob heirarchy, particularly including Accardo?  - ML
