Lawrence Schnapf
The forensic evidence was manufactured within the first weekend. Eyewitness testimony was used to support the forensic evidence. The medical photos were not authenticated until Nov. 1966 so they had plenty of time to alter that evidence. #JFKfakenews

Ray Mitcham
Agree second name down appears to be Frazier. Bottom name looks more like Elmer Todd.
John Butler
Frazier maybe Robert Frazier at https://www.fbi.gov/news/stories/the-jfk-assassination-former-agent-recalls-his-role-in-the-investigation "old info" might be a better interpretation if you magnify, adjust contrast, and sharpen with software. Gallagher might be FBI agent John F. Gallagher. Edited November 26, 2018 by John Butler
Micah Mileto
If Bardwell Odum had really obtained the bullet to show to Darrel Tomlinson and O.P. Gary Murr
Micah et al The "Jepson" in question on the FBI WC lab card showing disposition/travel of several pieces of evidence is actually Roy Jepsen, in 1963 a member of the FBI lab, specifically the fingerprint/identification section. Jepsen was a long time employee of the FBI from 1952 until his retirement in 1975, though he was not always a member of the lab. There are several references to Jepsen in the links below. https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=165451&relPageId=7&search="jepsen" Just released April, 2018 - FBI lab employee listing with phone extensions https://www.maryferrell.org/showDoc.html?docId=198248&relPageId=183&search="Jepsen" Edited November 27, 2018 by Gary Murr
