Can the President be impeached between November 4, 2020 and January 20, 2021?

House Should Impeach Trump to Keep Him from Running in 2024

by Barbara McQuade July 14, 2020

https://www.justsecurity.org/71411/house-should-impeach-trump-to-keep-him-from-running-in-2024/

“But even if Trump can’t be impeached and convicted today, how about on November 4? Even though Congress would still have the same party make-up until January, if Trump loses in a landslide, the rats are likely to run from the ship. Republicans who have feared the consequences of incurring the anger of a vengeful Trump may have a very different perspective after he loses the election. His juvenile derogatory nicknames will seem less harmful once he is defeated. With Trump a lame duck and unable to control the political fortunes of members of Congress, Senate Republicans may feel free to vote their own conscience, or even find themselves under political pressure to hold Trump accountable for his misconduct.”

The new Senate will take office on January 3rd. If the Democratic Party takes control of the Senate, impeachment may also be one way to prevent him from conducting any mischief during his lame duck session.

I don't know if this is being covered by RawStory, the MSN MSM feed, Politico or any of the other "reputable" news sights and Caddy, Bulman, and Thomas source their establishment talking points from, but Hunter Biden's business partner is now turning over his email correspondence to conspiracy theorizing media outlets that don't have corporate benefactors or grants from the Ford Foundation.

These emails are completely separate from the Lap Top emails discussed the passed few days.

The latest bunch of emails go something like this;

For instance, on November 5, 2011, one of Archer’s business contacts forwarded him an email teasing an opportunity to gain “potentially outstanding new clients” by helping to arrange White House meetings for a group of Chinese executives and government officials. The group was the China Entrepreneur Club (CEC) and the delegation included Chinese billionaires, Chinese Communist Party loyalists, and at least one “respected diplomat” from Beijing. Despite its benign name, CEC has been called “a second foreign ministry” for the People’s Republic of China—a communist government that closely controls most businesses in its country. CEC was established in 2006 by a group of businessmen and Chinese government diplomats. - Link to full article

Back to Hunters Lap Top,

Source on alleged Hunter Biden email chain verifies message about Chinese investment firm Sources have told Fox News that 'the big guy' is a reference to the former vice president.

Why Is The FBI's Top Child Porn Lawyer Involved In Hunter Biden Laptop Case?

So why is the FBI's top child porn lawyer involved in the Hunter Biden laptop case? OANN's Chanel Rion says she's seen the contents of the hard drive, which includes "Drugs, underage obsessions, power deals," which make "Anthony Weiner's down under selfie addiction look normal."

"But wait, how do we know it's Hunter Biden's lap-top and, and, and, and its not just more Russian meddling", said the soy latte sipping, p##sy hat wearing, smarter than all deplorables combined Biden supporter guy.

Hunter Biden's lawyer called the repair shop and DEMANDED THE LAPTOP HARD-DRIVES BACK before news broke...

We still have a little under three weeks to go.

Everyday, new **** will hit the fan.

Biden's not going to make it to Nov. 3.

Did you know Donald Trump bought a mansion in Florida for $48 million and sold it a to a Russian a couple years later — at the height of the housing collapse no less, for about $100 million? That Mar-A-Lago is crawling with Chinese members, some of whom carry around electronic eavesdropping devices? and that a 13-year-old girl filed suit against him for raping her, and that he once ran a modeling agency that trafficked in underage models?

And the amazing part is that nobody needs emails leaked by Rudy Giuliani to know any of that.

One arrested in threat to kidnap and kill Wichita mayor over COVID-19 mask mandate

By Chance Swaim, Dion Lefler, and Michael Stavola

A Wichita man has been arrested on suspicion of threatening to kidnap and kill Wichita Mayor Brandon Whipple over frustrations with the city’s mask ordinance, the mayor and police said Friday afternoon.

Meredith Dowty, 59, was booked into Sedgwick County Jail at 6:05 p.m., Friday, booking reports show. Police confirmed he is the suspect and said he could face a charge of criminal threat.

He said he was going to kidnap me and slash my throat and he needed my address because I needed to see the hangman — me and everyone who, something about tyranny,” Whipple said.

It sounded like the person was very upset about pretty much mask mandates and he said something about not being able to see his mother because of COVID restrictions on elderly homes.”

Dowty is a retired Wichita city firefighter who was honored by the Wichita City Council in 2008 for his role in saving the life of a Wichita police officer who was shot in the line of duty.

Whipple has been an online target of local anti-mask activists after he pushed for the city to implement a citywide mask requirement as COVID-19 cases surged ahead of the Fourth of July weekend. He said he believes the man’s threat was credible and that he will have an increased security presence around his home to protect him and his family.

This wasn’t just some guy popping off on social media,” Whipple said. “He contacted someone that knows where I live that apparently he thought would give him my address.”

How long before Trump denies knowing who Rudy Giuliani is?

Trump Unsure Who This Manafort Person Is | The New Yorker

Trump denies knowing Lev Parnas and Igor Fruman,

“For President Trump, this is by now a familiar exercise. As of mid-October, Trump’s campaign manager, deputy campaign manager, first national security adviser, personal attorney, political adviser, a campaign foreign policy adviser, a former friend and two people working with his current lawyer had all been arrested, indicted or admitted to committing federal crimes. Over and over, we’ve heard a familiar refrain: I barely knew the guy!”

Robert - 9/11 happened under Bush. I’ve studied the Bush family. You somehow think that Trump drained that swamp. Instead he created his own putrid one. How can you look at Giuliani, or Trump, and not cringe. Manafort was a link between the old and new Republican cesspools.

Indeed, with regard to the Bush-Cheney "War on Terror" swamp, Trump's first state visit was to Riyadh, where he did the sword dance with Prince Mohammed Bin Bone-Sawed Salaami.  The Bush-embracing Saudis were involved in the 9/11 op-- based on their goal of using the U.S. military to depose Saddam Hussein and wage war against Iran.   They also bankrolled "Al Qaeda," Al Nusra, and ISIS in their Sunni proxy war to depose Assad's Alawite regime in Damascus.

If anything good has resulted from Trump being Putin's puppet, it was that Trump backed away from the covert U.S. war against the Russian-backed Assad regime in Syria.   Putin effectively stabilized Syria by intervening in 2015 against the CIA/NATO/Saudi coalition that launched the Sunni proxy war against Assad.

"Trump has even alluded to the possibility of leaving the country if he loses the election. During his rally in Macon, Ga., on Friday night, he mulled over the possibility of losing to Biden.

“Could you imagine if I lose?” Trump said. “I’m not going to feel so good. Maybe I’ll have to leave the country, I don’t know.”"

These countries currently have no extradition treaty with the United States: Afghanistan, Algeria, Andorra, Angola, Armenia, Bahrain, Bangladesh, Belarus, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Brunei, Burkina Faso, Burma, Burundi, Cambodia, Cameroon, Cape Verde, the Central African Republic, Chad, Mainland China, Comoros, Congo (Kinshasa), Congo (Brazzaville), Djibouti, Equatorial Guinea, Eritrea, Ethiopia, Gabon, Guinea, Guinea-Bissau, Indonesia, Ivory Coast, Kazakhstan, Kosovo, Kuwait, Laos, Lebanon, Libya, Macedonia, Madagascar, Maldives, Mali, Marshall Islands, Mauritania, Micronesia, Moldova, Mongolia, Montenegro, Morocco, Mozambique, Namibia, Nepal,Niger, Oman, Qatar, Russia, Rwanda, Samoa, São Tomé & Príncipe, Saudi Arabia, Senegal, Serbia, Somalia, Sudan, Syria, Togo, Tunisia, Uganda, Ukraine, United Arab Emirates, Uzbekistan, Vanuatu, Vatican, Vietnam and Yemen.

Which country or countries do you think would want a broke and disgraced Donald Trump to come and live in their country? Would he be of any use to them?

I'd hate to see him wind up in some South Sea Island paradise. Somalia or Yemen perhaps?

If Trump loses and can't pervert the law and its underlying systems any more than he already has, I think he is already weighing his options for escape.  The obvious way would be to redirect as much money as he can to another country where he can't be easily extradited.  The second might be to resign, making Pence President for a few days in order to get a complete pardon.  Either way he is cementing the US's position as a 3rd world country.  Between his and his appointed henchmen's abuses already carried out and his total devastation of the economy which will become apparent with the next administration, we truly will be a bankrupt 3rd world country by any standards.  Who will we rely on for help, all our allies he has viciously attacked and belittled?  Maybe our enemies, Trump's friends, Russia and China will "help" us like they do the rest of the world's poor countries.

Can't picture Trump living in Gabon, Namibia or Uganda.

He might opt for a heavily guarded luxury property in Dubai or Sochi.

I noticed that NOKO isn't on the list, but he'd probably be warmly welcomed by that nation's Great Leader.

Trump is sort of the Dennis Rodman of American statesmen.  🤥
