The Jakarta Method by Vincent Bevins

Recommended Posts

This book has a neat idea, telling the story of the Cold War from a Third World perspective.  But its a seriously flawed book.  One problem is the David Halberstam issue: journalists are not historians.  Second, because they are journalists, they usually have agendas.  Particularly if they are part of the MSM, as Halberstam and Bevins were and are.
