The bullet found by the manhole cover - Youtube Video

Youtube just kindly threw this video into my feed, perhaps one of the upsides of their very contrived algorithms. 
 

I am sure many of you have seen this stuff before but. I have a couple of thoughts; 

1) That is the clearest shot of the windscreen hole I have seen. 
2) What is the trajectory / origin of the bullet found by the manhole cover? I've not seen that before.
