Keyvan Shahrdar Posted October 20, 2021 Posted October 20, 2021 (edited) Cecil Stoughton was the White House photographer during the JFK administration. I found this photograph that he took while JFK was in Houston the day before the assassination. He is in the Presidential follow up car. In the Dallas motorcade, he is listed as being in the Vice Presidential follow up car. Does anyone know if there is any testimony or sourced material that explains why he was in the VP follow up car in Dallas but was in the Presidential follow up car in Houston? I read his Oral History, but he is not asked that question there. Also, in looking at the photograph, JC is next to Kennedy. The sitting arrangement is different. Did someone change the sitting arrangement in the presidential car in the Dallas motorcade? This is a photograph of JFK in San Antonio Edited October 20, 2021 by Keyvan Shahrdar
