I actually met him on more than one occasion.

He really was an exceptional comedian, who also threw his entire career away for the JFK case.  I will be doing an obituary for him at Kennedys and KIng.

Like Dick Gregory, Mort Sahl was someone I admired from afar, for his work on the JFKA.  I always wondered about guys like Sahl and Gregory and what made them different. I look forward to to DiEugenio's treatment.

I’m sorry to hear of Sahl’s passing. I saw him speak in Mill Valley a few years ago. He was very feeble but still pretty sharp.
