Did he say anything about Harold Weisberg's quote from Dean Andrews admitting that "Clay Bertrand" was Clay Shaw?

No, but then Dean Andrews said so many things to any number of people that he really has no credibility at this point.

Do Dean's lies seem like the "give me attention" variety, or the "covering something up" variety?

Andrews' story was corroborated by three people.

And the FBI lied about him being under the influence of drugs in the hospital. Bill Davy checked his chart, he was not.

Andrews also said that the FBI was like a disease until death, they were on him so bad.

The coup de grace was when Mark Lane tried to talk to him in 1964.  Andrews said he could not reveal who Bertrand was since it would not be conducive to his future well being. He then said the same thing to Garrison.  And in the next decade to Summers.

He was bribed by Sarnoff to lie about this on NBC for Sheridan.

This is why he swore Weisberg to secrecy.  Weisberg kept the secret.

Today there are sources into the double digits who confirm Shaw as Bertrand.  its a simple fact.

And what of the New Orleans police booking officer who claimed Clay Shaw stated the name Clem Bertrand when asked about aliases?

The officer who the Clay Shaw trial judge refused to allow as a prosecution witness?

Hagibhorst,  he never got over that according to his wife.

The lady at the VIP room for Eastern airlines said the same thing.

There was a corroborating witness to that one.  The CIA got to him.
