Thanks Rick. This was released previously but this is a better copy with HYIF-1 unredacted. Zamka is David Morales. COS PACY (Chief of Station Panama City) is Jake Esterline. Notice the date and time - 11/22/63 20:30. You'd think that Morales would have something better to do 6 hours after JFK was assassinated.

Do you have any idea as to which "boat" specifically Morales is referring to in this communique?

Pretty sure this was routine message traffic in regard to the AMWORLD shopping that was in progress - we have seen versions of this before - some of the boats WAVE was looking at were referred to AMWORLD for their review and I think vice versa.

I'm not sure if this was The Joanne. The Joanne was in Baltimore Harbor towards the end of November. We know it left 12/2/63 with the "Black Nine."

Thanks, David - I suspect as much myself. As I believe you are aware, I wrote regarding the Joanne and others that Artime was attempting to consolidate into his "Maritime Fleet" in an unpublished manuscript, the content of which I gave to Larry Hancock as he was constructing Shadow Warfare. I am rather busy with a couple of projects at the moment but if I find the time I will see how/if this ties together.

only 31 documents are "new releases. the bulk are documents that were previously released in redacted form.   But this was not surprising since this was the batch the agencies had no objection to releasing. there are still 14,000 withheld documents.
