Very timely and important article. 

All the agencies mentioned, of course, report to the Chief Executive. 

I take issue with one aspect of the article:  "the CIA and other federal agencies are now seeking to eliminate the (disclosure) deadline altogether."

They are not "seeking" that. They have done it. As of now, the Biden Administration has presented the JFKA research community with a fait accompli. 

The Biden Administration has the records buried and are citing law to justify their actions. 

The MFF and Larry Schnapf must litigate to exhume the records, in the kangaroo DC District Court, and then the .Court of Appeal.
