(My favorite part of Mr. Cairns' essay was the photo of Ruth Paine at a CIA picnic with Priscilla Johnson.) 😂

Our Lady of the Warren Commission: Part 1/2

This photo is gut churning...if it truly was a "CIA barbeque" gathering.

Is there "absolute proof" of this being such an event?

Here are some facts about Ruth and her relationships with Marina and Lee.

Whether her taking late term pregnancy and other health needs Marina into her home and providing her and their baby Junie the basics for their care and needs ( with a lot of extra time, effort and financial expense on her part ) was simply and only a sincere minded Quaker morality gesture, Ruth also clearly stated two other motivations for her doing so.

One was her loneliness and her excitement to be close to a native born Russian to improve her Russian speaking skills.

Lee Oswald was simply a disliked and reluctantly tolerated tag along to Marina.

Ruth Paine detested Lee. She testified in "The Trial Of Lee Harvey Oswald" documentary to Gerry Spence that she "didn't like Lee Oswald very much."

Her true level of disliking and even disgust for Lee reared it's ugly head when she described her discovering that Lee had used her typewriter without asking.

Her facial expression took on an almost hateful disgust and her voice raised when she said to Pence " and that offended me greatly!"

On the other hand, I have always sensed that Ruth had developed an infatuation for Marina.

Not just regards Marina's background and Russian language speaking, but also the fact that Marina was so fresh and young and physically attractive with diamond radiating blue eyes.

A beautiful young person in need is a lot more easy to share a home with than someone less so...say a Margeurite Oswald?

Marina's complete cut off of Ruth after Marina was held under hold of the authorities was extremely telling of the true mutual feeling nature of Ruth and Marina's relationship imo.

Ruth tried over and over to keep in close touch with Marina. Sending her touching letters. In one she reportedly flat-out stated to Marina "I love you."

Marina did the opposite. She ignored Ruth's letters. She actually later stated some very disparaging things about Ruth. Inferring that Ruth motivations for wanting to stay close to her was more selfish in nature than toward Marina's true best interests.

I can't totally dismiss at least some thought to Ruth being romantically drawn to Marina.

Which if true, could also infer her seeing Lee in an even more personal dislike mode of feeling ... perhaps as competition for Marina's affections?

Perhaps because Marina felt the opposite toward Ruth, that may explain Marina's hard cut off from Ruth's advances  ( if just in writings ) so soon after she left Ruth's home?

Marina may have disliked Ruth much more than she ever let on the entire time she stayed with her.

Ruth admitted being "relieved " when Jack Ruby blew Lee's guts out.

She qualified that statement to mean...the relief was just about the entire stressful situation between Lee and Marina...was over.

I think it was more than that. How much sadness does someone really feel when they hear of a person's passing who they couldn't stand?

Joe,

I think Johnny Cairns' "CIA picnic" trope was tongue-in-cheek.

But everyone knows that Priscilla Johnson McMillan was a CIA journalist.

Under what circumstances would Ruth and Michael sit so cozily with Priscilla Johnson McMillan?

Didn't they know PJM was CIA?

Wonder if PJM knew Ruth's sister back in Virginia?

Joe,

Priscilla, apparently, took over the job of Marina's CIA babysitter from Ruth Paine, after JFK's assassination.

Rogan isn't very thorough, is he?

So how was Trump brought the files and for what reason?

So they brought Trump the files expecting there would be no reason for Trump to open them and he "opened them 50 per cent" and they told him to please not open them. Why did they even bring them to him?

Why would he say he opened the files? If you have any insight into Trump. It's pretty obvious he wants to tell you a story that plays up his power in the situation.

He fumbles his lies all the time. In speeches on the stump, he puts down his opponents for reading off a teleprompter while he's been reading off a teleprompter!

But  his followers don't care!

And how about this Trump quote, which is the last sentence of his comments on the JFKA? "there's a lot of interest in it."  Talk about the understatement of the year!!
