I am Dr. in Natural Sciences, graduated at the Museum of La Plata, National University of La Plata, Argentine. I am retired professor of Genetics and also of General Biology, teaching in Department of Agronomy, National University of South, University of Buenos Aires and National University of Lujan. My research centered in Plant Genetics.

I live now near La Plata City, and am continuing with my reasearch in Genetics. The reason for my application is that the education problem in Argentine is in my view the most important and serious one suffered in my country during the last decades.
