This article was well written and made an attempt at presentation of an understanding of the speed of the presidential limousine based on the available data. As with any problem, be it mathmatical or applied logic, when all of the facts and information are either not available or are available and are not taken into consideration, then the resolution remains an unproven hypothesis. When researchers such as Chuck Marler "give it their best" and yet can not reconcile the information, they deserve at minimum to know why they can not place what appears as factual information into a logical and cohesive format. At the time, Chuck did not have the "need to know" as relates to the WHY?, and therefore only the survey data was provided to him. Tom Link to comment Share on other sites More sharing options...
