Dan Lyndon
I have just been at the DFES G&T conference in London and part of the presentation that I gave involved posting material about an action research project that I was involved in at my school on my website: Innovation project There is a history project about using thinking skills and active learning to improve GCSE students' writing skills as well as 6 other subjects. Please have a look and let me know what you think.
Ed Waller
Looks great, and the outcomes you report significant. I don't actually do the SA c/w so can't ncik the timeline directly (rats!) but will try the some kind of thing for my NI c/w. Any chance of seeing an outline of the SoW? I'm already planning to use the Gerrymandering resource on 'thinking'.
Dan Lyndon
I can certainly send you my SoW, although I don't really think its very good and hasn't really been updated for a while. it will give you an idea of what I teach though. You may have read the detailed outline of the activity on thinkinghistory (if not here's the link).
