This is familiar tactic promote the views of someone who back your argument due to their supposed expertise and then when it is shown they aren’t really experts they resort to the ‘argue the facts not the man’ card. That of course has already been done on the previous thread. Duane (IIRC) used a similar tactic on an Apollo thread post the claims of some guy who supposedly had a PHD (IIRC) in physics or astronomy after it was pointed his supposed degrees were probably bogus. ' I'm speaking just fine on moderation, so what was Duane's problem again??? He left of his own free will and it you have evidence that shows otherwise just post it.... Duane's biggest problem was his ignorance of the subject matter he was attempting to argue. He did himself in. BTW, if Duane wants his info posted here, have him do it himself. Please do. This has been discussed ad nauseum and where both John and Andy made the situation quite clear. People have made bogus claims in the past and I would not put it past him to also do it. Probably, but I'll bet Jack would think they're all in on it. And since they were all federal or PANYNJ employees, it was the Customs House, he has a built in reason to dismiss what they say. But parts of the outside remained the original gray color. Those who think the building was BLACK "are either in on it or crazy". This is not a adhom on Burton or Colby...just repeating their words. Forgive me if I don't agree. However, I would bet that you could get a few reasonable answers and reject them out of hand simply because they don't agree with the predefined conclusions you've already made.
