John Dolva
Perusal of various BUFILES show there were attempts to downsize the Mexico office in the month of november '63. So far there is no clear indication of where this 'drive' originated nor the outcome. It appears to be for purposes of saving money, and a re prioritising (downgarding in importance?) of the identification of service personnell that may be 'on the run', or a shift in method. Also allied with this is a drive to improve informant information by reducing the number of informants to those of a proven value. In a short space of time there it may have been a few more 'undirected' (ex) personnell wandering the streets. As this can be seen as a pre assassination move, has anyone looked into this and come to any conclusions?
