Another bullet from JFK autopsy?

Another bullet, supposedly retrieved and sold by one of the autopsy doctors, was reported to exist by The Councilor, a NO newspaper, in 1969.

I noticed in the document that the informant, whose reference is incompletely blacked out, has this , -R, at the end of his code name.

That is very similar to the -R in the IS-R which is found on FBI forms when referencing Oswald.

Anyway, this is the first I have ever heard of this bullet. I had, I thought, heard most everything relating to the murder of JFK.

Is anyone up to speed on this matter? Has it been proven to be a fraud?
