(sorry about removing the other explanatory images, the 400 kb limit makes things a a bit disjointed) I see the back seat moving back after the headshot in a similar way as the head.... Back and down which I think means that the camera at this point jerked up and to the right. Tha gap between the head and the top of the back seat doeasn't start closing yet. the fan like plume above kennedys head first sprays to the right. Roughly in the direction of the Grassy Knoll. Then the plume fans back to the left, the explosion that ejected the plume is then spent and debris and mist dissipates.
