Ruby was a cross dresser?

I just found out last night a friend who I've known for 17 years mother worked for Jack Ruby as a cigarette girl and told him Ruby was a cross dresser. Her real name was Rose McGee and later in life when I met her she owned a private club in DeSoto, Texas named the Armadilla VILLAGE.

My friend, her son owns a resturant now and was very busy last night so I didn't get to ask him more but I will.

Anyone ever heard about Ruby liking women's clothing?
