Walter Cronkite interviewed President Kennedy at Hyannisport on Labor

Day Weekend, 1963. In this clip, JFK gives his views on Vietnam,

calling it "their war". He also defines the commitment of the US

saying, "We can help them, we can send them equipment, we can send our

men out there as advisors, but THEY have to win the war, the people of

Vietnam against the Communists."

Kennedy then expresses his disagreement with those who have advocated

an immediate and total withdrawl of all of the advisors.
