John Dolva
A potted history from a mag (Parade, oz, nov 1975 #300) describes the career of a berkley postie who, with the patronage of a future Cal Gov (Richardson), rose to being credited, in the mag, as a prime mover behind the formation of the FBI. Other histories of this guy glosses over the postie bit and don''t mention the FBI bit. What's the truth?
