    Clipbank is an unique and lively resource for 11-16 year-old history students, these 5 TV-ROMs each contain 20-25 filmed news reports from ITN Archive of great 20th century historical events - as they happened. http://www.channel4.com/learning/microsite...ples/index.html 4Learning's TV-ROMs have all the advantages of CD-ROM delivery with the additional facility of being able to store and play back up to 60 minutes of restructured television footage in near broadcast quality, on a full computer screen. Integrated and linked with the footage are printable and exportable resources that can be edited and customised, maps, photographs, biographies, a wordbank of definitions, and links to related and approved Websites. The TV-ROMs are fully related to the National Curriculum and ideal for use on a whiteboard for whole class learning, used for individual study or networked for a whole class.
