  1. Mr. Simkin, Could please take the time to answwer my other questions about any extant Journal American issues on microfilm or in any other format: are there any in the New York area or on the east coast? Is there some way for us to read them? Have any FOIA suits been filed based upon chemical tools used for killing or assassination by CIA? Thanks for your time
  2. Mr. Simkin: I've read with great interest your postings on Dorothy Kilgallen. I'm very interested to find out more about her work. Where in the US can one find the Journal-American archived or on micro-fiche? Also, has anyone filed a Freedom of Information lawsuit regarding the report about Monroe or Kilgallen? Has any revealing information on Pataky turned up regarding the School of the Americas which might imply he was a CIA assassin? He might have been a convenient "cut-out" for any CIA operation. This was a useful method that guys like Phillips and Angleton used to insulate themselves. Ten thousand people filed past Kilgallen's casket in the funeral home before her funeral and 3,000 came to her funeral. Perhaps many sensed an assassination had occurred and she didn't die by accident as the New York Times reported? The coroner stated it wasn't suicide. What evidence turned up about the substances in her blood? In reference to the movie, The Parallax View, the FBI agent tells Warren Beatty the FBI has a PEP pill- a pulmonary embolism pill(or a cerebral hemmorhage pill)- it looks like your heart attacked you (or you had a stroke). What credible evidence is there in the public domain that the CIA had such capabilities in 1965? Of course any evidence of their usage within the US would be a violation of the CIA's charter. It is true the other two journalists at Ruby's aprtment the day he shot Oswald died under very suspicious circumstances. The pattern of suspicious deaths is irrefutable. It's amazing how this aspect of the JFK case has been smothered. The absence of any Ruby notes is a giveaway that the CIA got those notes, just as Angleton got the diary of Mary Meyer after her strange murder, and just as Angleton got into Win Scott's safe in Mexico City and destroyed that evidence. Considering the CIA experimentation with LSD, it would seem reasonable the CIA would use 'medical tools' as weapons to assassinate thorny people like Kilgallen. Can I ask you if you had a career in intelligence? You are in education now but were you ever an employee of any intelligence agency? How do you do your research?
  3. My name is Michael Bartus, age 60. I have a BA in Philosophy and have had a life-long interest in the JFK assassination. I visited Arlington in 2008 and late in 2009, began an essay on my impressions of the JFK assassination. I recently finished the second draft. It has 130 pages and I believe it is unique in the assassination literature, mainly for fingering Dulles, Helms, Phillips, E. Howard Hunt and Jame Angleton as the cabal which composed the conspiracy against JFK. I've recently gotten much more interested in the Kilgallen episode and wanted to pursue that in the Forum, especially in connection with the Journal American and the Pataky evidence, if any. I have incorporated much new material released in the last few years, including Brothers, The Old Boys, Inside the ARRB, On the Trail of the JFK Assassins, and Farewell to Justice. Great works on the assassination have left much unsaid and no one has tried to tie the loose ends together in the way I have. I'm now working on the notions of the New World Order, Bilderbergs, Trilaterals, and the CFR as the possible movers of the plot, over-and-above the CIA. Its an interesting thesis which Craig Roberts touched upon in his Kill Zone book. I look forward to some fruitful discussions.
