Guest David Guyatt
Possible Influence on Subject(s) Application of the microwave hearing technology could facilitate a private message transmission. It may be useful to provide a disruptive condition to a person not aware of the technology. Not only might it be disruptive to the sense of hearing, it could be psychologically devastating if one suddenly heard "voices within one's head. " Again, courtesy of the latest LOBSTER. Guest David Guyatt
David - so, Harlan Girard has been right all along. Perhaps the long-standing claims about microwave weapons being tested on the Greenham Common women are correct too..Thanks for posting that pdf FOIA file. What is shows quite clearly is that after the early scientific work of Frey & Becker, EMF research went black. In other words, this field has been extensively studied by scientists, but much of the research has presumably not been published in peer-reviewed journals. How many university faculties around the world have recieved military and intelligence money to conduct fundamental EMF research? And who has adapted this basic science into specific military, intelligence and crowd control functionality? The (military?) document states that EM weapons could produce an epileptic seizure in a target subject, and that "100% of the population would be susceptible". What a crock. Indeed Jan, dear old Harlan who was widely treated like muck for his campaign for the victims of mind control was right all along. The susceptibility of 100% of the populace to EM weapons may one day be enacted, if things (that is to say public opinion finaly wakes up) get bad enough. The fact that this is now on the public record suggests to me that much worse is out there.
