I served in the Korean War as a member of the 1st Ranger Infantry Company (Airborne) as a sergeant. Upon my separation from the US Army, I became involved in events concerning Cuba during the 1950's and 1960s. I did lead a Cuban Military Guerra unit, as military chief, in the Cuban province of Pinar del Rio in 1958. Later, during the 1960s, I operated military training camps, (w/others), in the Florida Everglades and at 'No Name Key' in the Florida Keys for the purpose of providing Anti-Castro, Anti-Communist, Cubans military skills necessary for conducting military operations against the Communist regime in Cuba. For those who may be interested, further information may be seen at the Cuban-exile.com web site, select the 'No Name Key Group'.
In 1990 I was employed as a technical adviser by Oliver Stone during the the filming of the movie JFK.
I am currently employed by the U.S. Department of Homeland Security, U.S. Customs and Border Protection.
