Len Colby
Nothing there indicates they would have any reason to falsely implicate him. They said he did it presumablly they wouldn't have done so unless he told them he had. Your avoidance of other issues contrary to your theory (especially Kansi's confesion and ID by the store owner) are noted. A few more questions 1 - Why didn't Murray flee the area after committing capital murder in front of various witnesses? Why would he do something that would draw attention as someone anti-CIA and get arested in the same jurisdiction a few weeks later? Apperently "Vienna" meant a town in Faifax County, VA not the Ausrian capital 2 - Why didn't any of the witneses say Kansi wasn't the guy 3 - Why would the CIA want some nut who killed some of their agents and lives near their HQ to roam around free 4 - You only found two people who seemed to have any doubts about Kansi's guiilt 1)an obscure 'journalist' writing for an obscure publication 2) an unnamed BATF agent who according to the unnamed gunshop owner as quoted by the obcure journalist suspected Muray had bought the gun. Note that it's possible they thought that Murray was an accomplice rather than the shooter but both cases were from a few months/weeks after the shooting. Can you cite anyone, besides yourself, who expressed doubts about Kansi's guilt after he confesed?
