John Simkin Posted May 22, 2008 Share Posted May 22, 2008 I see it has just been announced that Robert Vesco died on 23rd November 2007. He fled to Cuba threatening to disclose information about the Republican Party if he was extradited to the US. Vesco knew that Castro would refuse to do anything that appeared to be helping the US: "My enemy's enemy is my friend". In August 1996 was jailed for 13 years by Cuba over a wonder cure "TX" for cancer scam. According to the Cuban authorities he was released just before his death.
