Teresa Herron Posted October 28, 2004 Share Posted October 28, 2004 I am a 15 year veteran teacher. I have taught 12 years in 4th grade, 2 years in 5th, and one year in 4-6th grade math. I have also taught reading classes for 4th, 5th, and 6th grade within these assignments. I am currently working on my MA in curriculum and instruction with a focus on elementary science education. I'm passionately researching the integration of inquiry-based science and literacy as a means to meeting the needs of students from diverse language levels and cultural backgrounds.
