1. No matter how dangerous the circumstance, Never carry or use a weapon for personal

protection or the Bureau (FBI) will not be able to help/protect you!

2. Work out a writing code system, or the Bureau will do it for you.

3. Bureau always appreciates all resulting information and dedication, but questioned my reasons

for rejecting payment?
