Douglas Caddy
Lee Shepherd posted this on Facebook today: CIA officer Rudy Enders said, "A lot of the old OSS guys went overboard when it came to secrecy. Happened to some of my old friends. Helms was like that, however, Colby was just the opposite. In war, OSS had a different set of rules than CIA did after WW2. They also ignored bureaucracy to get the job done. All the programs developed in Vietnam and Laos to counter the insurgency were mostly done by former OSS guys." If you want to know the leadership for the "Big Event" you have to examine the tight controlling cabal that came out of the Strategic Services and morphed into the CIA.
