Frederic Galle
Good morning, in one of J.Garisson’s books, he indicates that following the death of D.Ferrie, he asked one of his investigators to check whether Ferrie was indeed carrying a scar on his stomach; the answer would have been positive and would have confirmed a legend that Ferrie was bayoneted during a mission to Cuba. But a few days ago, I read a text saying that it was false, the author indicated that he had contacted a New Orleans coroner who would have told him that it was false. Would any of the honourable contributors to this great forum have an answer ( and a source to do )? In advance, thank you.
