Guest Toby Cope
ActiveScience.co.uk had joined up with Bishopsgarth School Science Department to make some new science forums for teachers and students to use. The forum can be found at www.ScienceForum.ActiveScience.co.uk but is closed at the moment whilst Carl Shepherdson (webmaster at Bishopsgarth Science) and myself sort out the forums ready for the opening. If you want to join now (you will be able to access the forum now even though it is closed) please email me on toby@activescience.co.uk and I will upgrade your account to 'Moderating Teacher.' The main aims of the forum are: - To provide science homework help and advice to students - To engage students in science - To create an area where students and teachers can discuss recent scientific events -To make a safe 'haven' on the internet for students and teachers to be in I have created a number of forums for Teachers only, as well as the 'open to all' forums. Carl Shepherdson and myself would really appreciate it if you would join the forum (when it has opened) or at least come and see what it is all about. The forum will be open by the end of this week to students but you can join NOW by emailing me on the address above. I look forward to seeing you in the Science Forums , Toby Cope (and Carl Shepherdson) ---------- Mr Falk: I am very sorry but you will have to re-register on this forum because your membership to the old forum could not be transfered.
