Liza Field
An excellent site I found via Rob's site was http://www.monkeyc.org/index.html This provides endless hours of fun for kids..... I have also been really impressed with the resources on the BBC site and use these in lessons on the Smartboard: http://www.bbc.co.uk/1xtra/1xmusic/ Liza Edited February 23, 2004 by Liza Field

Liza Field
Yeah - we wish! Rob, I tried it the BBC Gamelan site. This is very good and would be brillaint for KS2 and year 7 pupils. I have been looking for some stuff like this for GCSE level. Have you come across anything?
Rob Jones
I've not found anything suitable for GCSE on Gamelan on the web, but I've got a scheme which I developed with our city Gamelan (yeah, we've got one!) that is suitable for Y9 really. It can be used as a springboard for GCSE work though. Send me a PM with your e mail address and I'll send it to you in an attachment.
