( if indeed it is a real contraversy and not a psy-op) I just read about it today, in this NYT story. I have read many excerpts from IG reports in books on the assassination and other matters. I am not saying that nothing can be learned from them; how have they been used to inform and misinform in the past? Do members think that the change mentioned in 1989 in the article has made a significant difference.
