The RFK Tapes podcast plays the tape of Moldea's interview with Thane Eugene Cesar.

Moldea's only argument for Sirhan faking his memory loss is that he always only claims to forget things that relate to "means, motive, and opportunity" in the RFK case. This is just one gigantic logical fallacy. First, 'means, motive, and opportunity' is a legal term and not a psychiatric term. Second, how do you differentiate between normal expected memory loss with hypnotically induced memory loss besides to ask Sirhan questions related to the RFK case? And plus, Sirhan being questioned would feel more inclined to search his own honest memory for a reliable answer when asked an important question about the RFK case, as opposed to the easily reconstructible tasks of his former everyday life. Is Moldea claiming that Sirhan has crystal clear memory for literally his whole life except for issues relating to "means, motive, and opportunity"?

A tag line for a book is not some deep psychological assessment. "Means, motive, and opportunity" means literally nothing in the context that Moldea is attempting to argue.
