Judith Foster Geary: Masters degree in education from George Peabody College for Teachers of Vanderbilt University in Nashville, Tennessee. For the last 20 years, I've taught in the Department of Communication at Appalachian State University in Boone, North Carolina. I also edit fiction for High Country Publishers, a small company in our area, and am putting the finishing touches on an historical novel that will come out in the fall of 2005.
