  1. Student Punished for Bringing Hot Pepper to School =============== see link for video >>>>> http://www.informationliberation.com/?id=51054 ------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------------ “I was told that it’s equivalent to giving someone LSD” by Adan Salazar The family of a Long Island student is suing his high school after administrators punished him for bringing hot peppers to lunch. The mother of Nick Lien, a 10th grader at Centereach High School, says her family has a healthy appreciation for spicy food. “I eat hot food. My family eats hot food,” Nick’s mom, Sharon, told CBS New York. “It’s just in our blood.” So imagine Sharon’s confusion when she was summoned to school over a food item her family regularly consumes. “I ran to the school to wonder why. I didn’t know what it was,” Sharon said. “I asked if it was pepper spray, peppers on sandwiches, and she said it was my son brought a pepper to school – which I happen to have. We eat hot peppers, so it’s, like, no big deal.” Nick had brought ghost peppers to school and made the mistake of allowing his less-spicy-tolerant classmates to try them. “My friends saw that I had the new ghost pepper with me, and they all wanted to see how spicy it really was, because everybody thought that basically they could handle it and it was nothing,” Nick described. “So they all tried a piece.” Bhut Jolokia, also known as ghost pepper, is one of the hottest chili peppers on the planet, measuring in at over 1,000,000 units on the Scoville scale. Nick buys them online, three for $12. In comparison, the jalapeño pepper measures in at anywhere from 2,500 to 8,000 units. Unfortunately his classmates couldn’t handle the heat.

  3. The only way to break orthodoxy is with heresy heresy is the the truth and the truth is its (the earth) cooling GAAL ============================================= Global Warming? How About Global Cooling? ]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]]] http://refreshingnews99.blogspot.in/2015/05/global-warming-how-about-global-cooling.html ============ Guys like Al Gore have become multi-millionaires by scaring people into thinking the world is burning up; the ice caps are melting; and all of the coastal cities will drown – all because of the cries of “Global Warming.” But, there’s just one problem. It seems the world’s temperatures haven’t risen in almost two decades and now a new report has findings that point to a future that is just the opposite. Teaparty.org reports: (Daily Caller) – A new study out of the United Kingdom predicts the Earth is about to go through a major climatic shift that could mean decades of cooler temperatures and fewer hurricanes hitting the United States. Scientists at the University of Southampton predict that a cooling of the Atlantic Ocean could cool global temperatures a half a degree Celsius and may offer a “brief respite from the persistent rise of global temperatures,” according to their study. This cooling phase in the Atlantic will influence “temperature, rainfall, drought and even the frequency of hurricanes in many regions of the world,” says Dr. Gerard McCarthy. The study’s authors based their results on ocean sensor arrays and 100 years of sea-level data. “Sea-surface temperatures in the Atlantic vary between warm and cold over time-scales of many decades,” said McCarthy, the study’s lead author. “This decadal variability, called the Atlantic Multi-decadal Oscillation (AMO), is a notable feature of the Atlantic Ocean and the climate of the regions it influences.” “The observations of [AMO] from [sensor arrays], over the past ten years, show that it is declining,” Dr. David Smeed, a co-author, said in a statement. “As a result, we expect the AMO is moving to a negative phase, which will result in cooler surface waters. This is consistent with observations of temperature in the North Atlantic.” Cooler temperatures? How can that be? All the extremist environmentalists’ computer models show the earth’s temperature rising to dangerous levels because of greedy, western, capitalist human activity. We have to stop all fossil fuels, drive electric cars, and live in huts if we want to survive. Oops! It seems reality – actual ocean water temperature sensor readings – have proven the “green” computer models wrong. Researchers argue that a negative AMO will bring “drier summers in Britain and Ireland, accelerated sea-level rise along the northeast coast of the United States, and drought in the developing countries of the Sahel region,” according to the study’s press release. Interestingly enough, the study also predicts fewer hurricanes hitting the U.S.– a result of a cooler Atlantic. Atlantic cooling can impact the climate for decades, according to researchers, on timescales from 20 to 30 years. This means cooler global temperatures and changing weather patterns could unfold over the next two to three decades, possibly extending the so-called “pause” in global warming. For years, scientists have been debating why satellite temperature data shows there have been about 18 years with no warming trend. Surface temperature data shows a similar pause in warming for the last 10 to 15 years. Some scientists, however, have been arguing the world is indeed headed for a cooling phase based on solar cycles. Scientists from Germany to India haveargued that weakening solar activity could bring about another “Little Ice Age.” “The stagnation of temperature since 1998 was caused by decreasing solar activity since 1998,” wrote Jürgen Lange Heine, a physicist with the German-based European Institute for Climate and Energy (EIKE). “From 1900 to 1998, solar radiation increased by 1.3 W / m², but since 1998 it has diminished, and could reach values similar to those of the early 20th century. A drop in global temperature over the next few years is predicted,” Heine wrote. The Virginia-based Vencore Weather recently reported that “[n]ot since cycle 14 peaked in February 1906 has there been a solar cycle with fewer sunspots.”

  5. BELOW DOES NOT GIVE YOU THE ANSWER = WE ARE UNIQUE CREATED BY A LOVING HOLY GOD GAAL ========================================================================================= Why Aren't The Aliens Here Already? May 27, 2015 8:33 AM ET = http://www.npr.org/sections/13.7/2015/05/27/409670639/why-arent-the-aliens-here-already = The story begins like this: In 1950, a group of high-powered physicists were lunching together near the Los Alamos National Laboratory. Among those in attendance were Edward Teller (father of the nuclear bomb) and the Nobel Prize-winning Enrico Fermi. The discussion turned to a spate of recent UFO sightings and, then, on to the possibility of seeing an object (made by aliens) move faster than light. The conversation eventually turned to other topics when, out the blue, Fermi suddenly asked: "Where is everybody?" While he'd startled his colleagues, they all quickly understood what he was referring to: Where are all the aliens? What Fermi realized in his burst of insight was simple: If the universe was teeming with intelligent technological civilizations, why hadn't they already made it to Earth? Indeed, why hadn't they made it everywhere? This question, known as "Fermi's paradox," is now a staple of astrobiological/SETI thinking. And while it might seem pretty abstract and inconsequential to our day-to-day existence, within Fermi's paradox there lies a terrible possibility that haunts the fate of humanity. Enough issues are packed into Fermi's paradox for more than one post and — since Caleb Scharf and I are just starting a research project related to the question — I am sure to return to it. Today, however, I just want to unpack the basics of Fermi's paradox and its consequences. The most important thing to understand about Fermi's paradox is that you don't need faster-than-light travel, a warp drive or other exotic technology to take it seriously. Even if a technological civilization built ships that reached only a fraction of the speed of light, we might still expect all the stars (and the planets) to be "colonized." For example, let's imagine that just one high-tech alien species emerges and starts sending ships out at one-hundredth of the speed of light. With that technology, they'd cross the typical distance between stars in "just" a few centuries to a millennium. If, once they got to a new solar system, they began using its resources to build more ships, then we can imagine how a wave of colonization begins propagating across the galaxy. But how long does it take this colonization wave to spread? Remarkably, it would only take a fraction of our galaxy's lifetime before all the stars are inhabited. Depending on what you assume, the propagating wave of colonization could make it from one end of our Milky Way to the other in just 10 million years. While that might seem very long to you, it's really just a blink of the eye to the 10-billion-year-old Milky Way (in other words, the colonization wave crosses in 0.001 times the age of the galaxy). That means if an alien civilization began at some random moment in the Milky Way's history, odds are it has had time to colonize the entire galaxy. You can choose your favorite sci-fi trope for what's going on with these alien "slow ships." Maybe they use cryogenic suspension. Maybe they're using generation ships — mobile worlds whose inhabitants live out entire lives during the millennia-long crossing. Maybe the aliens don't go themselves but send fully autonomous machines. Whatever scenario you choose, simple calculations, like the one above, tend to imply the aliens should be here already. Of course, you can also come up with lots of resolutions to Fermi's paradox. Maybe the aliens don't want to colonize other worlds. Maybe none of the technologies for the ships described above really work. Maybe, maybe, maybe. We can take up some of those solutions in later 13.7 posts. For today, however, let's just consider the one answer that really matters for us, the existential one that is very, very freaky indeed: The aliens aren't here because they don't exist. We are the only sentient, technological species that exists in the entire galaxy. It's hard to overstate how profound this conclusion would be. The consequences cut both ways. On the one hand, it's possible that no other species has ever reached our state of development. Our galaxy with its 300 billion stars — meaning 300 billion chances for self-consciousness — has never awakened anywhere else. We would be the only ones looking into the night sky and asking questions. How impossibly lonely that would be. On the other hand, it's also possible that other species have made it to where we stand today. But no one has made it much farther. Say that like a "great filter," something like war or environmental collapse keeps anyone, anywhere, from reaching beyond our stage of technological development. If that's true then we, like all who have come before us, are doomed. So what is it? What is the answer? What is it that Fermi's paradox is trying to tell us? After all is said and done, where is everyone? Specifically, it focuses on the knowledge that militants in the FATA region are aware of the Pakistani government’s tactic of plausible deniability of drones and their complicity to the U.S. drone programme.[10] David Kilcullen has noted that the public outrage of drone strikes in the Pashtun-dominated FATA region is not limited to northwest Pakistan, but has spread to a broader population throughout the country. This risks spreading extremism to the more liberal parts of Pakistani society. This heightened sense of radicalisation and destabilisation in Pakistani society caused by drones has to be addressed in order to understand its counter-productivity in combating terrorism operations in the long run. This will enable long-term strategic success rather than short-term tactical gains to be made in Pakistan. My study aims to address these problems.

The claim comes after what the FBI says has been nearly a decade of federal law enforcement’s confirmed and documented acts of infiltration by white supremacist groups into American police departments. The FBI warning first came back on October 2006, but it fell on largely deaf ears. Now, the report entitled “White supremacist infiltration of law enforcement” is being revisited by many experts in fighting back against organized hate group terrorism. In the 2006 report, the FBI found that federal court determined that members of a Los Angeles sheriffs department had organized a Neo Nazi gang. The officers involved did not keep their racist ideas to themselves either, as the FBI found that these same officers “habitually terrorized” the African American community. The FBI also found that the Chicago police department fired a detective after it was discovered that he had strong ties to the Ku Klux Klan. That detective, Jon Burge, was found to have tortured over 100 African American suspects. The City of Cleveland, in news lately for their shooting of Tamir Rice, and other extreme instances of police gunning down unarmed AfricanAmericans, found that police locker rooms had been overrun with “white power” graffiti and vandalism. In Texas, a sheriff department found that two of their deputies not only were in the Klan, but were actually prominent recruiters for the hate group. Now, just as the FBI had warned, the number of white supremacist members infiltrating law enforcement has soared. Between the years of 2008 to 2014, that number of documented infiltrators rose from just shy of 150, to one thousand. Even worse is the fact that most of them were never fired after their hate group affiliation was discovered. If you agree that something needs to be done about this, help us raise awareness and SPREAD THE WORD!

  10. Quote Harvey And Lee site In October, 1957 LEE Oswald was in the Marines and stationed at Atsugi, Japan. 11. Okay, so according to you the clinic was in the East Camp... Now fill in the blank for me Lee Harvey Oswald laid his little head down to sleep every night in.................................. at Atsugi.// PARKER QUESTION ================================================================================================================== (GAAL EDIT OF SITE ) BELOW FROM Harvey & Lee website http://harveyandlee.net/Marines/Marines.html In October, 1957 LEE Oswald was in the Marines and stationed at Atsugi, Japan. LEE was assigned a bunk on the first level of barracks #5, a large two-story wood frame building that housed 72 men. Zack Stout remembered the day that LEE Oswald arrived. He and Oswald became close friends and worked together on a daily basis for the next 10 months either in the radar bubble in Atsugi, the Philippines, Subic Bay, aboard ship, or while on liberty. Oswald slept on the upper bunk that he shared with Robert Augg, who slept on the lower bunk. A photo was taken of the tall, husky, well-built LEE Oswald by his friend George Wilkins shortly after he arrived in Japan. One of the marines who knew LEE Oswald during this time was Richard Bullock. Bullock remembered that "Ozzie" was not in the radar section, but was a radio communicator. Some of you may recall that Sergeant Donald Goodwyn, who knew LEE Oswald at Camp Pendleton, also remembered that the Oswald he knew was a radio communicator. Bullock knew LEE Oswald as "Ozzie" and said, "He was NOT the guy I saw in the picture on TV shot by Jack Ruby." Bullock looked at a color mug shot of Lee Harvey Oswald taken shortly after he was taken into custody by the police and said, "It looks nothing like him. That's not the man I knew. The man I knew was 30-40 pounds heavier and 3-4 inches taller than the man accused of killing President Kennedy." ...... On October 27, Richard Cyr was standing about 15 yards from the barracks and heard what sounded like a gunshot inside the building. Cyr and other marines ran into the barracks and found LEE Oswald sitting on his locker with a nickle-plated derringer laying nearby on the floor. Oswald, with little emotion, said "It seems as though I've shot myself." LEE Oswald was taken to the US Navy Hospital in nearby Yososuku where a navy surgeon closed his wound and allowed the slug, which lay just below he surface on the back side of Oswald's upper left arm, to remain in his arm. A week later the doctor made an incision on the back side of Oswald's arm, removed the slug, and closed the wound with stitches. The shooting resulted in 2 scars in LEE Oswald's left arm above his elbow. ....In November, LEE Oswald was on maneuvers in the Philippines and later aboard the USS Cayuga County en route to the island of Ishima. During the Christmas holidays of 1957 LEE Oswald was aboard the USS Terrell County in the south China Sea, ... In early 1958 LEE Oswald was in the Philippines, later in Corregidor, and returned to Japan on March 18. On April 11, LEE Oswald was court-martialed and found guilty of possessing an unauthorized weapon. On June 20 he visited the Blue Bird Cafe in Yamato and, after a couple of drinks, spilled a drink on Technical Sergeant Miguel Rodriguez. A week later LEE Oswald was again court-martialed and charged with using provoking words to a Staff-Non-Commissioned Officer, for which he was convicted and confined to the brig for 28 days. LEE Oswald was released from the brig on August 13, 1958. A month later, beginning on September 16, he made many visits to the Atsugi Station Hospital where he was diagnosed with "urethrittis, acute." LEE Oswald visited the hospital on September 20th, 22nd, and 29th, and on October 4th and 6th. During this 3-week period he was examined 6 times for the same condition. I want to stress the importance of LEE Oswald's repeated visits to the Atsugi Station Hospital from September 16 through October 6. ...HARVEY was beginning the process of assuming the identity of LEE Oswald, which began aboard the USS Skagit en route to Taiwan. Marine Corps Unit Diary 151-58 (744) shows that (HARVEY) Oswald departed with this unit en route to Taiwan on September 14. One member of this unit was William K. Trail, who accompanied HARVEY Oswald and later served with him at MACS 9 in Santa Ana, California. HARVEY Oswald arrived in Taiwan on September 30 and was soon observed by Lt. John Donovan taking photos of troop deployments, fighter aircraft, ammunition bunkers and F-86 aircraft. Lt. Donovan would later become HARVEY Oswald's immediate superior at MACS 9 in Santa Ana, CA. The thought occurred to me that Oswald may have been taking these photos in preparation for his upcoming "defection" to the Soviet Union. This may or may not have been the reason he took the photos, but after President Kennedy's assassination many of these photos, taken in Taiwan by HARVEY Oswald, were found among his possessions by the Dallas Police. On the evening of October 4, Lt. Charles Rhodes heard four or five rifle shots coming from the direction of the position that Oswald was guarding. Rhodes ran toward Oswald and found him slumped against a tree, shaking, and crying while holding his rifle. He kept saying that he just couldn't bear to be on guard duty. Rhodes reported the incident to his commanding officer and two days later Oswald was sent on an 800 mile trip back to Japan. Marine Corps Unit Diary 158-58 lists Oswald in Ping Tung, Taiwan on October 6.... Following his "defection" to the Soviet Union, HARVEY Oswald discussed his assignment in Taiwan with reporter Priscilla Johnson, who wrote news articles about Oswald and his "defection." A naval message of November 4, 1959 reported that Oswald served with Marine Air Control Squadrons in Taiwan. In 1964 The Warren Commission received a memorandum from the Assistant General Counsel for the Department of Defense that stated Oswald had been stationed in Ping Tung, Taiwan. From September 14 through October 6 HARVEY Oswald was in Taiwan. At the same time, from September 16 through October 6, LEE Oswald was in Japan. Medical records for NAS Navy 3835 (Naval Hospital) show numerous medical entries for LEE Oswald recorded on Sept 16, 20, 22, 23, 29, and Oct 6.. HARVEY Oswald's assignment in Taiwan, while LEE Oswald made numerous visits to the Naval Hospital, is a very important "smoking gun." Following his return to Japan on October 6, 1958 HARVEY Oswald was temporarily assigned to a Marine Squadron at Iwakuni, a Marine air base 400 miles southwest of Tokyo. Owen Dejanovich, who first met HARVEY Oswald at radar school in Biloxi spent time with him at Iwakuni. Dejanovich thought that Oswald had grown bitter toward the Marines and recalled seeing him occasionally talking to a Eurasian girl. The following day, October 7, 1958, LEE Oswald was admitted to the Naval hospital in Atsugi and on October 10 he had a colon examination for rectal bleeding. LEE was discharged from the hospital on October 13, but returned on October 16th and 27th to have vaccinations that were required before returning to the US. In other words, while HARVEY was at Iwakuni, LEE was at the Naval hospital in Atsugi. After HARVEY Oswald departed Iwakuni he returned to the United States and was assigned to the Marine Corps Air Facility--MACS 9--near the city of Santa Ana, California (HARVEY was always assigned to Sana Ana, CA; LEE was always assigned to El Toro, CA). HARVEY worked in a radar bubble with Sergeant Nelson Delgado, 5 enlisted men, and 3 officers. Sergeant Erwin Lewis remembered that Oswald transferred to MACS 9 in either October or November, 1958. Lewis said, "It was a matter of common knowledge that Oswald could read, write, and speak Russian. Marine Corps medical records confirm that HARVEY Oswald was at the Marine Corps Air Facility in Santa Ana, CA on October 29. But on October 29 LEE Oswald was still in Japan. Four days later, on November 2, LEE Oswald boarded the USS Barrett in Yokoska, Japan for a 13-day voyage to San Francisco. Marine corps medical records that show HARVEY Oswald was in California on October 29, 1958, while military records that show that LEE Oswald was in Japan and departed on November 2, 1958--an obvious "smoking gun." October and November, 1958 was the end of HARVEY Oswald and LEE Oswald's activities in the far east. But after returning to the US, HARVEY Oswald was assigned to MACS 9 at Santa Ana, CA, assumed LEE Oswald's identity, and began promoting himself as a supporter of all things Russian. LEE Oswald was briefly assigned to El Toro and was soon discharged. I would like to point out that not a single one of Zack Stout's group of 10 marines, who bunked with LEE Oswald, worked with him, travelled with him, and went on leave with him for one year--the marines who knew the tall, husky LEE Oswald better than anyone--not one of them was ever interviewed by the FBI. When I told Zack that the Warren Commission concluded that Oswald learned to speak Russian in the far east he said, "That's ridiculous. I never saw or heard him study any foreign language in Japan or anywhere else. Most of the time we were either aboard ship or on maneuvers in the Philippines. He didn't have time to study any foreign language." The FBI's clear lack of interest in marines who knew LEE Oswald in Japan, and their failure to conduct interviews, points to a coverup. They simply avoided talking to marines who knew the tall, husky LEE Oswald in Japan. They focused their attention on the shorter, thin-framed HARVEY Oswald at Santa Ana, CA. It is worth mentioning that at Georgetown University, in their "special collections," were interviews of over 100 marines who knew LEE Oswald in Japan (by author Edward Epstein). But these records were not available to the public, and have recently disappeared.
  12. Morning Star and the EU: The EU is in trouble and it is the working class which poses the real threat to its future: Posted on May 29, 2015 by rtuc THE EU: ANTI- SOCIALIST AND ANTI-DEMOCRATIC May 2015 Tuesday 26th posted by Morning Star in Features The EU is in trouble and it is the working class which poses the real threat to its future, writes KELVIN HOPKINS THERE should be no doubt that the European Union is anti-working class, anti-socialist and anti-democratic. This has been the case since its first incarnation as the European Common Market in 1957, and the evidence is now overwhelming. One in four workers are now unemployed in Greece and Spain, with youth unemployment at double that. Living standards have been cut as economies have contracted under the lash of austerity and thousands have been forced to move abroad to look for work. Unemployment in Spain has been the equivalent of over seven million without jobs in Britain. Three-hundred thousand Irish working people have left their homes to look for work overseas since the 2008 banking crisis, the equivalent of over four million in Britain. Membership of the euro has acted as an economic vice on these economies, fixing them at unsustainable currency parities above all with Germany. Only when the euro is dismantled so that those EU members in severe economic difficulties can begin to manage and rebuild their own economies again will the sufferings of their peoples be reversed. Gordon Brown’s 1997 decision to resist British membership of the euro saved Britain from economic catastrophe after 2008. Larry Elliott, writing in the Guardian, rightly suggested that if Britain had joined the euro at the then prevailing parity, and had been unable to depreciate after 2008, the economy would have been wrecked. Britain would have been the first to crash out of the euro and the whole edifice would have collapsed. As it is, sterling depreciated by 27 per cent against the euro after the crisis and gave a degree of protection from the savage economic storms which have devastated other EU economies. But the anti-socialist and anti-democratic nature of the EU were long ago recognised by the left and it is the left which threatens it today. The virtual disappearance of Pasok, the formerly socialist Greek political party, which chose to walk into a deadly embrace with the Conservative New Democracy Party to inflict austerity on Greek workers, has been a modern Greek tragedy. Other pro-EU social democratic parties elsewhere in the EU are suffering too. Syriza in Greece and Podemos in Spain have grown quickly to fill vacuums on the left. But to return to the nature of the EU and what it is for. It is of course a branch of global neoliberalism, of laissez-faire capitalism, constructed to raise up the power of the market and progressively dismantle the socialist and social democratic structures which were established and were so successful in the immediate post-war decades. The EU political class does have a serious problem, however, because working people have a strong attachment to these post-war structures — welfare states, public services, redistributive taxation and the public ownership and democratic accountability of public utilities and other sectors. The reactionary Thatcherite revolution inflicted on Britain has pushed the neoliberal agenda far beyond that of Continental Europe, but the direction and objectives are the same. It is of significance that the neoliberal push in the European Union was actually initiated quietly by Thatcherite ideologues in Britain, including the then deputy governor of the Bank of England in the mid-1980s. The so-called Single European Act was the first major step on that road. However, on the Continent, it is fear of the likely political reaction by millions of workers which has held back the neoliberal thrust. The left and the working class resisted the attempt to impose a “European constitution” on the EU, voting against in referendums in France and the Netherlands, despite pressure from allegedly socialist parties to vote in favour. The Swedish elite failed to persuade the Swedish people to join the euro and the Norwegian political class twice failed to get Norwegians to vote to join the EU. Eurosceptism is indeed growing right across the EU, and an early Greek exit from the euro remains a probability. The EU is in trouble and it is the working class which poses the real threat to its future. It is time for democratic governments across the EU to reclaim power from Brussels and begin again to represent the real interests of their peoples and move in a socialist direction. The EU economy is failing, and it is not just the southern fringe where problems exist. The elephant in the room, so to speak, is in fact France, and as France finds it increasingly difficult to sustain its membership of the eurozone, a seismic change really is in prospect. It is the EU which has in effect derailed President Francois Hollande’s initial progressive agenda promised before his election. The French, like other members of the eurozone, need to be able to adjust the value of their currency, against Germany in particular, which means re-establishing the franc and beginning once again to manage their economy at a national level with appropriate monetary and fiscal policies and direct state intervention to generate full employment and long-term economic stability. The whole EU economic strategy has proved a failure, and while a useful level of co-operation between economies on a voluntary and mutually beneficial basis is appropriate, bureaucratic control and economic dictats from the EU institutions do not work. It is time for the EU to recognise its failure and leave the countries of Europe to reconstruct the democratic socialist/social democratic post-war world which worked so well. ------------------------------------------------------------------------------0o0o0 ◾Kelvin Hopkins is Labour MP for Luton North. 13. Can you provide a quote from that linked post? I can find nothing in it that states the clinic was in the East Camp. And you haven't even attempted to answer in which camp Oswald was living. // PARKER QUESTION ============================================================================= ANSWER GAAL Information is from HARVEY and Lee main web page (said site you claim to be very, very familiar) http://harveyandlee.net/Marines/Marines.html ================================================= Harvey and Lee Site I want to stress the importance of LEE Oswald's repeated visits to the Atsugi Station Hospital from September 16 through October 6. === From September 14 through October 6 HARVEY Oswald was in Taiwan. At the same time, from September 16 through October 6, LEE Oswald was in Japan. Medical records for NAS Navy 3835 (Naval Hospital) show numerous medical entries for LEE Oswald recorded on Sept 16, 20, 22, 23, 29, and Oct 6.. 14. Non responsive. It is your claim that Oswald never left Atsugi and was being treated in a clinic there. Since that is your claim, it is reasonable to expect you know in which camp Oswald was based and where the clinic was. If you know the answers, provide them. If you don't know, then simply admit you don't know. Pretty easy really. GAAL ======================= Where about's was the clinic, Steve? PARKER QUESTION In which camp was LHO living, Steve? PARKER QUESTION ============================================================== NAF Atsugi, Japan ((ANSWER Atsugi Japan) see enlarged font in red below, gaal) A little history might be a fitting tribute to NAF Atsugi, now the U.S. Navy's largest and most important carrier base in Asia. The 1,249 acres of Naval Air Facility Atsugi lies in the heart of the Kanto Plain on the main island of Japan, Honshu. The base was originally built in 1938 by the Japanese Imperial Navy as Emperor Hirohito's Kamikaza Naval Air Base. The base handled 48 carrier fighters who flew out to ships ported at Yokosuka and 12 night fighters used to defend the skies over the Kanto Plain. This base was used to train the Emperor's pilots, the 302nd Naval Aviation Corps, who flying their Zero and Gekko fighters, were the most formidable factor in Japan's air defense during World War II, as was the 1st and 2nd Sagamino Naval Air Group. The Atsugi Airdrome, as it was called then, under Commander Yasuna Kozono, was the top aviation base in Japan and only the best pilots flew from here. But despite their efforts on August 15, 1945 Emperor Hirohito announced to the world that Japan would surrended unconditionally. Hearing this, Kozono and the Kamikaze pilots, who vowed to defend mainland Japan "to the end," revolted and held the base captive for seven days. Realizing that surrender was a reality the Kamikaze pilots took off in 33 planes for their final destination known only to themselves and God. General Douglas MacArthur landed at the Japanese Imperial Navy's "Atsugi Airdrome" in August 1945, bringing the occupation troops to the Japanese mainland. Atsugi then came under the control of the U.S. Army and endured a five-year period of virtual disuse. The Eighth U.S. Army's small Replacement Training Center, closed in 1949, was about the only thing going. But then the North Korean communists invaded the Republic of Korea in June 1950. NAF Yokosuka was closest to the scene of battle. The Yokosuka runway had belonged to the Navy after the Japanese surrender, but the buildings, hangars and landing area had gradually been turned over to the U.S. Army. By 1950, the Yokosuka site was nothing more than a beachhead for a few seaplanes. In all of Japan, there was no Naval aviation installation. Something had to be done - and quickly, Prodded by Korea, the Commander in Chief, U.S. Pacific Fleet quickly chose Atsugi as the one major United States Naval air station in the Far East. In October, Navy Mobile Construction Battalion Two arrived. Lieutenant Commander W.J. McFarland, MCB-2's commanding officer, and his 12 men found a dilapidated base. The runway, of poor construction to begin with, was potholed and useless. The 220 buildings on the 1200-acre base were in a shambles. By November, elements of Fleet Aircraft Squadron 11 joined MCB-2 here and began constructing a 6000-foot runway atop the former airstrip. The configuration of the base is the same today as it was during WWII. NAF Atsugi was formally commissioned Dec. 1, 1950, and Patrol Squadron Six became the first unit to operate from here. Soon after, a detachment of Fleet Aircraft Squadron 120, based near Yokosuka, was ordered to Atsugi. Commander Fleet Air, Japan, Rear Admiral G.R. Henderson, moved his headquarters from Tokyo to Atsugi in April 1951. Squadrons in the VP, VU and VS categories began rotating in and out. Atsugi mushroomed into a true military aviation community with the completion of a new photo lab, control tower and parachute loft. By November 1951, the first family members arrived. Recreational facilities were added, including a bowling center, a station theater and a swimming pool - all still in use today. During 1953 and 1954, a large number of units moved to Atsugi to provide necessary fleet services. They included Marine Aircraft Group 11 which moved into the East Camp, returned to the Japanese in 1971, East Camp is now a Japanese park outside the East Gate. By September 1955, MAG-11 had 94 aircraft and over 2,000 officers and men. In November 1954, Rear Admiral J.M. Carson, who wore two hats as Commander Fleet Air Japan and Commander, Naval Air Bases Japan, picked up a third "cover" when Commander, Fleet Air Western Pacific was established and headquartered at Atsugi. That position still exists, but has been downsized. In early 1955, additional units of the First Marine Aircraft Wing were withdrawn from Korea and based at Atsugi. By this time, the total on-board count was 4,745. At one point there were as many as 250 aircraft here. By comparison, CARRIER AIR WING FIVE, the USS KITTY HAWK's air wing and today's major tenant, has about 78 aircraft. The station remained the same for a few years, with the U.S. Marines slightly outnumbering Navy people. The biggest change came in 1957 when high-performance jet aircraft replaced older models. New planes included the F3H Demon, F4D Skyray, F8U Crusader, FJ-4 Fury and F11F Tiger. Mobile arresting gear provided an option for stopping aircraft when the runway was wet. Aviation activity remained basically unchanged until July 1965, when MAG-11 was officially transferred to MCAS Iwakuni. In September 1966, a milestone was recorded when Ground Controlled Approach Unit 26 talked down its 150,000th aircraft here. The landing was made by a Fleet Logistics Support Squadron 21, Atsugi Detachment C-1A. Around this time, Atsugi was also home to Helicopter Combat Support Squadron SEVEN, whose aviators won numerous awards during the Vietnam Conflict, including the Congressional Medal of Honor. As the '60s closed, the NAS was phasing down and the Japanese Maritime Self Defense Force (JMSDF) was moving in. It was agreed that the base would be shared by aviation elements of both nations. Atsugi became a naval air facility in 1971, but is actually larger than many Stateside naval air stations. At that time, JMSDF planes, mostly patrol, began to account for a large number of flights. The airstrip was and remains today under the administrative control of the JMSDF. Incidently, the JMSDF has no carriers and no carrier borne planes. The pace at Atsugi quickened when carriers pulled into Yokosuka. Many of the embarked aircraft flew to NAF Atsugi for maintenance. In 1973 when the USS MIDWAY was home-ported at Yokosuka, Atsugi became a support base for her planes. Simultaneously, the area around Atsugi, originally wooded farmland, begin to undergo a population explosion as the area became a full-fledged suburb of Yokohama,10 miles away. When the USS INDEPENDENCE replaced the MIDWAY in 1991, Atsugi became the home of Indy's air wing. Also, in 1991, faced with mounting community opposition to the noise of field carrier landing practice, FCLP was moved to the island of Iwo Jima, 700 miles away. The bulk of FCLP now occurs there. Today, with CVW 5 here, the base population is around 8,000 people. The air wing's assets include F/A-18C Hornets, A-6 Intruders, EA-6B Prowlers, S-3B Vikings, E-2C Hawkeyes, F-14 Tomcats and SH-60F helicopters. When Subic Bay and NAS Cubi in the Philippines closed, NAF Atsugi, once a sleepy hollow, emerged as the premier Naval air base remaining in the Pacific. In August 1998, USS KITTY HAWK replaced USS INDEPENDENCE. NAF Atsugi provides much for the Sailors, family members and employees who come aboard. We strive each day to foster good relation and friendships while maintaining freedom we all enjoy. It's currently under the command of Captain Kevin P.McNamara. (adapted by Mrs. Geralyn S. Noah, Public Affairs Officer, NAF Atsugi from historical documents. ================================== http://www.military.com/HomePage/UnitPageHistory/1,13506,203362%7C701036,00.html

HUNGER GAMES: New BBC Game Show Pitting Poor Against Poorer May 29, 2015 By Stuart Hooper 21st Century Wire says… Making a spectacle out of the poor and working class is the newest trend from the mainstream media machine. The BBC is currently casting for a new show that seeks to pit the unemployed and low-paid workers against one another to win a cash prize. The contestants will be expected to ‘prove‘ themselves, much like those in Suzanne Collins‘ hit series The Hunger Games. A representative from the production company elaborated and stated that ‘people will be put to the test in a series of challenges and tasks’. see video http://21stcenturywire.com/2015/05/29/hunger-games-game-show-pitting-poor-against-poorer/
  23. The facts are, you guys guessed what 3835 meant, had to be hounded to get evidence to support your guesses, and your guesses were wrong. 3835 was not a code for "Japan" or a hospital in Japan. It was the location of a Navy Base. It was where Oswald was based. It was a virtual "home address" - a common piece of information on medical records. Now if only you guys can pony up with the evidence that Oswald could not be treated on the Skagit for NON-VENEREAL gonnorhea, you'll be a step closer to proving your point. Otherwise it looks like you're just guessing he couldn't or didn't. Work harder? Not my job to prove YOUR case, Jim. Good luck! // Parker ---------------- At the Link provided by Mr. Hargrove are the clinic sheets which you claim are for the USS Skagit. You claim said clinic sheets are from the Skagit. Well at the top of the sheet are the words EAST CAMP. What part of US Naval ship Skagit: port and bow, stern and starboard, is EAST CAMP ??? Never see Skagit name on these clinic sheets only NAS 3835 which is in Japan.// GAAL see HARGROVE LINK http://harveyandlee.net/Marines/Marines.html

U.S.-Backed Saudi War in Yemen Continues as Aid Groups Describe "Catastrophic" Humanitarian Crisis http://www.democracynow.org/2015/4/23/us_backed_saudi_war_in_yemen ================================================================================ US-backed Saudi forces Committing War Crimes in Yemen – action is needed http://www.globalresearch.ca/us-backed-saudi-forces-committing-war-crimes-in-yemen-action-is-needed/5442787 ################################################################################# US Saudi Attempt to Block Humanitarian Aid to Yemen By Stephen Lendman Global Research, May 14, 2015 ============================ The Blockade continues preventing enough vital humanitarian aid from reaching millions of needy Yemenis. Amounts permitted in are woefully inadequate. Iran’s cargo ship “Rescue” is en route with food, water, medical supplies and other humanitarian aid. Washington wants it blocked. US-Saudia Arabia wants it diverted to Djibouti where they control UN aid for Yemen. An Iranian Defense Ministry statement warned of dire consequences if attempts are made to block its efforts, saying: “The US and Saudi Arabia will be responsible for the consequences of any provocative moves.” “The US is an accomplice to the war criminals by supporting genocide in Yemen. and the Iranian people’s food and drug aid is a humanitarian move to soothe the oppressed Yemeni people’s pains.” Aid diverted to Djibouti may prevent its “deliver(y) to the oppressed Yemeni people, and if the international organizations, especially the UN, really want to help the oppressed Yemeni people, they should adopt the necessary measures to prevent the (US-orchestrated) Saudi regime’s savage attacks and fully stop them.” On Tuesday, Deputy Iranian Armed Forces Chief of Staff Brig. General Massoud Jazzayeri warned: “Attacking the Iranian Red Crescent aid ship will spark war in the region.” “And this fire may not be put out or brought under control. The US and Saudi Arabia should know that Iran’s self-restraint is limited.” In April, the Iranian Red Crescent Aid Society blasted Saudi Arabia for blocking Tehran’s humanitarian aid efforts. Its deputy managing director for international and humanitarian affairs, Shahabeddin Mohammadi Araqi, said “(t)he IRCS humanitarian aid consignments are ready to be dispatched to Yemen, but unfortunately Saudi Arabia prevents their delivery to Yemen.” On Thursday, Fars News reported the Iranian destroyer Alborz accompanying Iran’s humanitarian cargo ship to Yemen “locked its missile systems on an invading vessel in the Gulf of Aden after a high-speed boat left Yemen’s coasts and rushed to attack it.” “(T)he vessel changed course and returned to the coast after the Iranian destroyer warned it would target the vessel in seconds.” According to Iranian destroyer captain Commodore Hassan Maqsoudlou: “If the terrorists ignored our warning, they would be killed with the first bullets of Alborz.” He stressed Iranian naval forces are prepared to defend the Islamic Republic’s interests – including preventing anyone from provocatively inspecting its ships. What follows remains to be seen. Iran intends supplying Yemenis with desperately needed humanitarian aid. US/Saudi attempts to block it could lead to regional war.
